GFL took our Town & Country bins that the previous homeowners had purchased & left for us to use right off our driveway while we were at work with zero warning. We used those bins for two years with no issues up until they disappeared and the best part is, we were left to piece the puzzle together. There are so many other, respectful ways GFL could've handled the situation, but after hearing of the awful experiences others have had with this company I shouldn't be surprised. I highly recommend One Planet because they're actually able to look past the numbers & see you as humans.

Been over 3 weeks since we’ve had our trash picked up. We keep calling and we keep getting told “on our way”They’ve been over a week late before but never this long. Trash keeps getting blown through my yard and my neighbors which I have to go clean up. I called today and told them if it isn’t picked up by tomorrow I’ll find another company.Also, I was told they would be happy to credit me 1 week for the 3 weeks they’ve been late. Wow!

NEVER use this company. I am paying them to let my garbage sit out on my street for 4 weeks straight now. I have made multiple calls and requested to speak to a manager multiple times. Left multiple messages for manager Jen who does not return calls. How can you stay in business???? I have also requested a refund which I was only credited 1 weeks worth and you still charged me fuel charges for NEVER picking up my trash. Trash is all over my yard now and causing me physical pain with a bad back having to pick up the mess you have created. I can not imagine treating people the way you do. What a horrible way to run a business. You need an overhaul on your service and your management.

I am sure there’s a lot of nice people. work at this company . But the person is running. It doesn’t have a clue. We hired this company to do a job, and they could not take care . Now we have dropped them and hired somebody else. The sad part is their trash cans are still in my driveway and they keep telling me every Friday . get it next week and the next Friday .they haven’t picked it up yet and it’s been over a month and a half, I called them today. 1– 4–2024 They said they’re doing their best. Thanks for doing your best not

Switched due to drastic pricing increase but had no other problem. Now, I’ve been waiting 4 months for my old trash cans to be picked up. I have called several time for an eta and all they can say is that I’m on a first come first serve list. Zero empathy for customers. Last call I was hung up on. Will never return.

I just called and got hung up once. Called back because my trash hasn't been picked up the month of July. I was told it was MY FAULT because I didn't call within 48 hours of the failed pick up and that I WILL BE CHARGED for the entire month of July. These people are aggressively UNFRIENDLY AND BULLIES!! They think they can treat their customer base like the garbage they pick up!

You fail 100 percent. We called no less than 6 times for a bulk pick up. FAIL!! Why are we paying for such poor service. Yes I'd like a call back from everyone including the Mayor.

They didn't pick up my whole streets trash and then I end up waiting on hold everyday trying to find out if they are going to send the truck back out here until the third day they finally tell me that I'll just have to wait until my next regularly scheduled day. Poor service and then poor customer service on top of it.Just to update, still the worst.

The only ones that deserve a star are the ladies in the office who are helpful. Was told they could change our service price down, but corporate will just raise it again. Prices just keep going up when half the time our trash and recycling doesn’t get picked up. Switching to Valet Trash of KC who has 4.8 star reviews

Cant even get them on the phone was hung up on while on hold four times haven’t brought me my trash can and paid my bill at the beginning of month love paying for nothing!
