Very easy and they will bring electric cart to car if you can't make it to the door. Awesome help from them all the way around. Only minus is they didn't take healthy benefits card from UHC

Gave the cake decorator a picture of the napkins we were using for our daughter’s party and she made a cake that matched! It was so cute and delicious (ordered strawberry with whipped icing).
