There is a blonde here that gives horrible customer service. She is rude! She also hangs up the phone on you when you call. She has an attitude towards anyone for any reason. She worked on 2/11/24 around 2:55 p.m. Hope she has the day she deserves. Will not be spending money here!

I cannot stress how important proper food handling is for of of the customer. When you leave <all until this occured and- at my hometown QT, which I've never seen such disregard for customer safety at ANY QT, until tonight, even at high traffic stores or stores located in the most. questionable of locations!> In order for hot food to be served by a restaurant or any location with a Food Safety permit, *which was issued by the Cass County Health Department at this location Harrisonville location* the internal temperature must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees for any sandwich sold as "hot". This is to ensure that any bad bacteria that has traveled from any refrigerated location to your sandwich is killed. Now, lets take into consideration the temperature in which cheese melts (which deoending on the type of cut, type of cheese, and other factors such as moisture content of the cheese, hardness of the cheese, etc. An easy temp to remember as being 150 degrees-a full 15 degees Fahrenheit lower than the minimum internal temp required to safely serve a sandwich following safe food handling that everyone with a foodhandlers card or any corporate food safety course will drive home and one of the questions you must get right on your food handlers safety test as either a pass or fail-zero room for tolerance considering what the consequences are when you serve any hot sandwich that does not reach an internal cook temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (i.e.:salmonella poisoning, listeria are too of the most common and when known to cause food poisoning in restaurants not bringing the temperatures to a minimum temp as required by ALL FOOD SERVICE LOCATIONS NATIONWIDE-not just here in Cass County, Missouri. When a store employee asks you to "bring the food back so it can be remade or refunded they are essentially telling you that in order to get your sandwich right it takes 2 tries to achieve this, that it's your time that's being wasted because someone effed the order up... and therefore it's two trips to the second interstate exit because it's somehow the customers fault that the cook didn't cook your food thoroughly and MUST HAVE KNOWN this because they are also the person who wraps the sandwhich in waxed Store-branded paper, and MUST have noticed the sandwich was not only uncooked, but the shredded cheese on the top of the sandwich was falling out of the paper surrounding the questiobable product. Ok, so it was cold to the touch? HOW then was the bread toasted on both sides, oh wait .... unknown. Prior to wrapping and Grilled Ham&Cheese sandwich, EVERY QT location I've bought this very same sandwhich comes with a diagonal cut- except this store apparently. The purpose for the diagonal cut is two-fold. 1 to make it more convenient for the customer to hold and wield such a big sandwich and 2, to make a final visual inspection to insure the 165 degree cook temp has been reached. SIMPLY-if the cheese has melted completely (both the shredded cheese as well as the slices of cheese on the lower half of the sandwich. If the cheese has melted completely, most likely the middle of that Grilled Ham & Cheese sandwich has most likely reached our magic cook temp of 165 degrees and rhe sabdwich can be dressed, wrapped, bagged and served to the customer. The Chef who created the formula for what arguably is one of the best served at ANY full service restaurant I've eaten. BUT the sandwich is truly only this good if food safety is followed and the food handler follows the company recipe and cooks it properly. A convenience store customer goes that location because it is "convenient for the customer to stop there. Why should I as a customer who bought your poorly prepared food have to further inconvenience myself because you wanted to get out of there fast as possible? What are you paid to do...if you say anything other than serve your customers-you are in the wrong job!

I come here a lot because my Dr office is just up the street. It is very convenient. The staff here is quite friendly and very efficient. They are a high traffic store but handle the hustle and bustle quite well with very little problems. One of the better quiktrips I've ever visited.
