I bought a car from Brian after my brother in law bought an SUV from him, ive had the car for over 2 years and have had no problems with it, ive know 4 people who have gotten cars from him and have had no problems and I refer people to him when they are looking for a used car, I don't know what all these other people are talking about, only used dealership I trust this is from my own experience

They had a car on Craigslist I wanted to look at. Had to ask multiple times to get them to agree to a test drive. That didn't even happen though because they refuse to allow for an outside inspection on their cars. This was a 4 year old car with a 5-figure asking price, and I had cash in hand. This is a scam/chop shop.

Contacted this dealership about a car that was on Craigslist, the person I talked to on the phone kept saying over and over again put a credit app in. I put a credit app in and this unprofessional dealership to didn't have the decency to give me a return phone call back and my phone number is on the app. I will not deal with this place ever again even if they give me a return call by the weekend.

Do not buy a car from this company. It took over a week to get copies of my extended warranty information. It took 2 months 2 receive my title I purchased the vehicle on 11/21/17 and got it on 1/18/18 after a million calls and recieving a million lies. I'm still waiting on my $25 for the late registration fee. Needles to say the vehicle needs major repairs not covered by the warranty that would have been known to him prior to the sale. Thankful I purchased an extended warranty in the event I need a transmission or engine. The phone numbers are frequently not in service. The "manager" Brian is a habitual liar and becomes extremely rude when called out.

He STOLE MY DEPOSIT AND DROVE OFF IN MY DRIVEWAY!!! I purchased a car through BRIAN and had the car for two days. He called telling me there was a glitch with the paperwork and he needed to come get the car. I was shocked by his demeanor and he said that he was coming by to give me 500 dollars of my deposit back. I waited only to see an Uber drop him off as he rapidly got in the car I bought and drove off!! I He completely scammed our family and stole 700 dollars!!! NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST UNBELIEVABLE THING I COULD IMAGINE. ID GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. STAY AWAY!!

I went down to Harrisonville on my day off after speaking with the owner. Got there at 12pm (hours are noon-6pm)and no one was there. I left several messages that day. No one ever called me back. Finally got a hold of him on Saturday and he stuttered around why he didn't call back. I did look at vehicle while there. It was unlocked and pretty dirty inside. Owner was disinterested in negotiations with my trade. Secondly I am a business owner and it's sad when managers don't have the business etiquette or professionalism to get the job done. Now I see why the ratings are so low for this business. Definitely not worth your time. Hate to be so seemingly pessimistic but I hope no one wastes their time going down there

Drove up Monday to see a car they were supposed to have delivered on Saturday. The car didn't get delivered (delivery company issue, not dealer) and Brian promised me first shot once it hit the lot. True to his word I got a call today saying it was in and confirming I knew it had hail damage before I drove back out again. I said I had an hours drive after work to get there and he stayed late to let me see it. I got there and the car was everything advertised. the sales person I worked with was nice, persuasive but not pushy, and when we decided to go with a slightly smaller SUV from another dealer she maintained the same professionalism and politeness. I would say it's worth the drive to see these people. They want to help you, and they were nothing but polite throughout.

Called 3 times to try and get as much information about a car on the lot. Was listed as Excellent condition. Oviously I slightly doubted it because of the price, simply Asked the person everything wrong with the car, since I was driving a distance I didn't want to get there and be disappointed . Was assured by the owner that The car was in great condition, just some normal wear. well the car was in rough cosmetic shape, LARGE dent on the rear that would be visible by anyone 100 feet away, at least 2 dents on every panel, 3 golf ball size dents on the hood, the head light was broken, and I couldn't even take it for a test drive if I wanted because the owner left and no one else could move the cars. Do not go here , all the cars are in poor shape.

Unprofessional! We had a check in our pocket ready to hand off for a car and when we attempted to get questions about the vehicle we had inquired about, we were told they "didn't want our business"!!!! Pictures online were misleading and we were told the car was "flawless" when we discovered the vehicle had actually been wrecked. Wouldn't even rate one star if possible.

They will beat around the bush until it's time to pay! They are liars! Listen to the reviews the bad is over way over the good! Don't waste your time going there, cause that's literally what it is. The pictures are very misleading. Most of the cars have terrible paint jobs, interior taring, electrical wires hanging, inside of the cars stink, very unorganized!!! The cars aren't even vacuumed. That's how you know they aren't trying to sell it. I'm telling you! Don't trust anything they tell you. It's all lies! Rating 0
