If you rely on internet banking, this is not the bank to choose. customer service excellent and the employees are most friendly, problem is with the internet banking. If you rely on online banking, the problem is it crashes way too often. They need somehow to get a different internet provider. not being able to access online banking frequently is a very big inconvenience.

I give them 2 stars only because the people that work there are great. On multiple occasions, the system is down and you can’t access your account in any way. Direct deposit has been deposited, then reversed after hours. Direct deposit doesn’t always show up because of system problems. And the latest. My husband went out of state for work conferences. I called to let them know and they said they can’t do anything, he would have to call. So I could go close the account and take all his money, but I can’t call to keep his card from getting shut off. Two years I’ve waited for it to get better.

I've banked here since I was in high school and I've always had the best service and now with so many locations, their online banking, and app it makes it so simple to bank with them. All the staff at each location are just wonderful! The will have my business, always!

Sherwood Bank is a "hometown" bank that gives their customers service that is beyond what other banks provide. All questions are answered quickly and sufficiently and the personnel at the bank are so kind and courteous. They "know" you!!
