The only woman there, did not seem to give a rat's. Told her my phone was not working right. All she did was give me a card and tell me it was a technical problem. She didn't look at my phone, she didn't touch my phone. Worst experience at any Verizon, I've ever had. She didn't offer to contact the account holder, nothing. She is making money sitting on her rear. Go to Belton. Much more friendly and helpful.

After over two months of dealing with a phone that has no longer work the correct way happen to have Verizon send me another phone. Going to for corporate stores in Kansas and Missouri. I drove back to Harrisonville Missouri to Russell cellular to ask if you questions and hopefully find some help. The manager was more than accommodating multiple times to me and after happen to show up again because I still couldn’t get something to work right Brittany was beyond helpful. I sat there for over two hours. She help me with multiple things on the phone and was able to do things that for different corporate stores told me was not available and could not be done. I can’t express the thankfulness that I have towards Brittany right now as a hospice nurse it is very important for me to have all of the apps and things that I need on my phone to work and function every day at work. All it takes is a little time and effort to help the customers and that’s exactly what she did.
