Bought 4 of the Douglas Tires and lifetime balance/rotate, declined road hazard. Heard that the warranty on these only covered Wal-Mart install, GREAT price for the kids first car. Polite on the phone, installed quickly, on a Tuesday. On Thursday he had a flat. Called for an appt to have it looked at and fixed and was hung up on, then called back to be gruffed at they don't make appointments for tire repair, show up and they will try to get it in. Went there to find 12 people in front of me and they didn't know when they could get to it. I went down the road to a local repair shop to get RIGHT in, to find out they bent the valve stem when installed. Horrible customer service, not upfront about maintenance and time that these will incur and not making appointment is THE worst to find you will have to sit all day for stupidity. Don't waste your time, go to Robert's tire center for the best customer service, and caring staff with prices that are really just as good and reflect Better Business!

I was hung up on by the "ACC manager" Richard after trying to get information about a vehicle they worked on, since I had questions due to an issue that arose. I guess they really just weren't interested in helping the customer or talking to another repair facility due to poor work ethic or quality, whichever it may be.

I called to see if my tires would be in stock sweet I’ll be on the way only to show up 3:45 PM and they’re telling me they’re closing at four so they can’t change my tires. One online says they’re open till seven really I need those tires and I drove 20 minutes to town because I live at nowhere and for you to turn around why didn’t you say something while I was on the phone with you?

Had my tires rotated and they stripped 2 of my studs and damaged my lug nuts. I was told to get it fixed and they would provide a refund. Upon providing the manager Richard Hedges the receipt he only offered me half of my money back and said "That's why we don't use Clint's" Richard truly earns the nickname that other Richards go by.

Went round and round with Walmart for not honoring the manufacturer warranty on trailer tires they sell, which must be claimed by the original selling dealer according the the tire manufacturer. It’s no surprise that it’s a sub par product but when both tires failed and created a dangerous situation I at least expected them to stand by the warranty policy that was listed for these tires on their website. It would be an easy win in small claims court if it was worth it for the $250. Lesson learned though I’ll never buy tires at wal-mart again.

I went to get my battery tested since it was dead that morning.When I got there the garage door were closed,Walk in doors were locked and no lights on.Couldn't walk in main entrance because I couldn't shut the car off and be sure it would restart.

Needed tires because one blew in the parking lot the day before Christmas. They couldn't get it in normally so I scheduled the appt and it went awesome. They even let my car sit out there for quite a while without towing it, tho I had to let them know what was going on.

I took my car in because my front passenger tire kept going low. I purchased my tires there a year ago and I added roadside hazard.after waiting two hours, they told me nothing was wrong and the tires were good.after it kept going low, I took it to Butler MO walmart. they found a long rusty nail with 5 minutes.I wouldn't recommend Harrisonville walmart to anyone.Drive the extra miles and go to ButlerService: Tires

Walmart no longer sends text messages out to let you know about substitutions or to let you know the order is ready for pickup. Notifications only come to my email. This makes it difficult during a workday to catch the substitution window of time. I get busy and can't check my email like I can a text. And when there's no text message alerting that the order is ready, it's easy to get busy and forget about it. I called customer service about it once and they said I had to activate my phone number. I've done that several times. I've heard others complain about this also. Even the employees say they hear that from people who are picking up their order. What happened to text messages??
