Checked in 3:30 am for 4:00 am appointment
Got dock right after checking in around 3:35am
I got 6 skids only and now it’s been 8:15am but they still haven’t done unloading my load
I went to office couple of times like around 6:30 and 7:30 they being rude Now I missed my next appointment

Sapp Bros is next to here, Loves 2 miles away.
I arrived at 11:15pm for my 12:10am appointment. Already a big line was building up behind me. Then the line started to move up at a nice pace. Easy in and out place, took them three hours to unload me.

Mr. Kenny and Cory at the guard shack is awesome and understanding of the drivers at hand. The ladies in office, is nice and polite. With a great sense of humor. The only reason for the low rating is. Out of 10,000+ cases of produce I deliver a week to the midwest, this is the ONLY establishment that I leave with OS&D.

Checking in was not bad. But there weird process of getting you a door is something else. So when you get the door you can back in front of it but, dont open your doors yet until they call you. They called me after an hour then i open the doors backed in.

Total dump. Starting with the security at the entry, where I almost vomit. It smells like a hobo nest in there, with all the honesty. Extremely disgusting. I had to hold my breath while that guy checked me in.
Then, even though I've arrived only 30 min prior to my appointment, they gave me a door that had a truck in there already and I was told to wait for him to leave, even if other doors were available. I had to wait for that poor man like myself 2 hours to get his paperwork to leave. Definitely I never wish to return here! And please people, wash! It's an embarrassing for Walmart!

I have delivered to numerous Walmart DC's without any issues, but this particular unit is terrible. Arrived 40 minutes early, was docked for 2 hours only to have them call me and tell me to switch doors. I got here at 4 a.m., it is now 6:30 a.m. and I am now in another door waiting and wasting time. Unbelievable.

New check in process. Worst check in process of any Walmart.
Park in front of your door. Take paperwork in. Go out to truck and wait for a call to open doors and back in. Then open doors and back in. Then wait for call to ask if you are in door. Takes 1-2 hrs for that. Don’t plan on getting any sleep here.
