Very bad place to get your haircut there I don't think they even went to school for that usually people who does haircut they are talented these people don't know nothing about Talent they don't do good haircuts i highly recommend to run away from there go somewhere where they have talent

I have been going to the harvester location for 15 plus years. all of the stylist do a wonderful job on my hair cut. Vickie is my favorite. She is the best in all ways.
Requested style: Block Cuts
Stylist: Vickie did a wonderful cut. She always does.
Great place to go. That's why they call it Great Clips !

With having 2 jobs and a volunteer position, I typically only have time to get my hair cut once every 11-12 months. I took a chance on stopping in Saturday around 3:00. Let me tell you, that was an enormous mistake! One stylist was nice to her clients and the other was rude and berated the client she had in the chair. He dared to ask her to cut his hair a little shorted (like he's used to). She snapped at him and refused to do it. That should have been my cue to get up and walk out.
I was unlucky enough to end up with that seemingly angry person. I started with a, "Hi, how are you?". I got a stare down as a response. She spat out, "what are we doing?" I told her I wanted it cut to just below my shoulders and that I like long layers. She went off! She yelled at me about the disconnect between my top layer that someone at home must have cut for me and the rest of my hair and that I caused the under later to get thin. Hi, when you go almost a full year between cuts ALL of the ends get thin and look terrible. I asked for her recommendation and she said it had to go shorter. I was fine with that. When the cut was done, it was about 3 inches longer than anticipated. I guess I need to drop my shoulders that far down to get what I asked for???? She barely trimmed the top layer.
I was not fine with her repeated shoving my head down into my chest, yanking out hair (even as I kept saying ouch), and poking me in the eye while she pretended to look away while drying my hair. I have thinning, perimenopausal hair and don't need someone helping me go bald by ripping out my hair.
Do yourself a favor and RUN away from this place. I did call customer service and they are supposedly letting the "salon" owner know about the situation. I doubt I will hear from the owner. Now I have to find another extremely rare Saturday off to go have an actual professional fix this mess.

What's the point of checking in online, and still have to wait 15+ minutes? Customer Service and Barber Etiquette is not the greatest. We use this barbershop as a last resort.

First time going here! chop job! My hair was down the middle of my back. Long hair ! Came in for a trim! Wanted it cut below shoulder blades! But I got CHIN length! Yikes! It’s So SHORT!

The customer service at the Havester location has gone down hill. I've been going to this one for a long time but I will now be driving farther away to go to a different one.

Let me just save you the pain, don't come here. I was impatient to get my hair cut, and I paid the price. During the process of them cutting my hair, I kept thinking "trust the process, trust the process, trust the process" don't trust the process, because after they finished, it looked awful. They made my bangs WAY too thick, and they just went every which way with layering my hair. I went home, absolutely hating my hair, and immediately tried to come up with ways to fix it. I went to school, and I told a few of my friends about what happened, and they all said "never go to great clips!!!" One of my friends had an awful experience too. She told me, "every time ive gone to great clips, they manage to mess up my hair". Don't go to great clips, it's not worth it.
