From the day I was on the lot until the day we drove the new RV off, it was a pure pleasure trip. Everyone we encountered were so helpful from Adam to Mike (sales) to Curt (servie) to Jeff (parts) to Mick (fiance). All so professional, friendly and really helpful. What a great team.

My family has bought several trailers and now a fifth wheel from Apache Village. They have always been up front, respectful, and trusting in their sales and service! I will not go anywhere else! I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars. They are awsome!

A new post. Well we found the big jayco to be too big for us. Family Dynamics have changed and Apachee village took our jayco as a trade in for a new 2024 jayco swift. We are so pleased with the size of it. Apache staff make you feel like part of their family. We highly recommend jayco and this dealership. If they don’t have it in stock they will order it. Thanks guyd

We had a great experience at Apache! They showed us models that fit our needs and offered great tips on each we looked at. It's a family oriented business and that came through in every part of the process. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding experience with my trade-in. I got a fair price for my RV and bought a new travel trailer. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I will do business with them in the future without hesitation.

I don't buy anything of significant cost without a lot of research and did a ton before purchasing our TT. One thing you learn about RV buying is to always have the unit in perfect condition BEFORE you leave as there are a lot of folks who never get xyz repaired by their dealership after they have taken possession. After visiting a lot of dealerships and climbing in what seemed like hundreds of campers we knew what we thought we wanted, but that corporate store had JERKS working there, so we left.Fast forward:Apache VillageWe already had our “shake down” trip reserved and paid for, we wanted to get camping so despite all of the warnings about doing so, we hooked up and took it home on a handshake for thousands of dollars of repairs. I knew nothing was outside of my skills to repair, they seemed quite honest but I was still concerned about the decision. Within a two weeks I was asked via email to give them a review, I left that email unanswered as I wanted to see how they handled to issues vs the sales. We camped all season and called the first week of November and was told it would be about a week and set an appointment to bring it in for service. The service manager inquired if it had been winterized as it was going to take a little bit for the parts to arrive. Note this was a red flag as they were supposed to have already been ordered, note also though, there were a few more items added to that list over the season. So it was not a huge deal breaker on my opinion.Approximately 5 weeks later the repairs had been completed and a couple after that I was able to pick our camper up. Every single item on the list, additional items we had noticed, and a couple they noticed were all completed in a quality workmanship manor on a handshake! At no time were excuses given, nor were we made to feel we were being overly picky etc, just good service during and more importantly after the sale. We are currently shopping for a new truck as we are looking to move to a 5th wheel and while we may well shop around a lot for the right unit, it is with no doubt that once we know what we want we will return to Apache Village and ask them to find one for us. I know this was long, however buying an RV doesn’t have to be a painful or stressful process, you just have to find a dealer you can trust and we most certainly did and I wanted to let people know.

RV Trader said this dealership had a unit on their lot. I drove out to see it and was told the unit wasn't on the lot. It's 2024, keep your listings updated.

We purchased our new Jayco from Apache Village this past Saturday at the St Louis Rv Show. You couldn’t ask for better people to help you out in the process. Mike was our sales guy and he was amazing. We were never pressured into anything and he had answers for every question we had. Mick in finance and Don out in the shop we’re equally amazing and helped us. We got to bring our new edition home this evening. I highly recommend Apache Village for your next camper purchase. —Zach

I would like to toss a Big" Thanks" to Apache Village RV sales.I shopped around did some home work... and they were able to provide me with a brand New Toy hauler for less than I was able to find any where else for an older one. Now I am 1 happy camper!

We are currently using our 4th 5th wheel from Doug at Apache Village. From our first 5th wheel to our current one our dealings with Doug have been outstanding. We feel he has always had our best interest when dealing with us. We have had some minor problems with two of our new units and dan in the service department has taken care of them. We will definitely go back to Apache Village to purchase our next unit. Pat in the parts department has always been great to work with. Everyone there is very friendly and eager to help you.
