I didn't have the best experience with my appointment this time around.First, I brought my vehicle back in for a transmission fix on a transmission that was brand new. They just put in this part 15k miles ago, new. I was told my vehicle would be finished by the end of the week but it wasn't, instead it was a whole week later I got it back. That's not the two-star reason. I gave two stars because communication didn't exist if I wasn't the once calling in. I did not get a call from the service department, Scott, at the end of the week to let me know it wasn't finished or why. I didn't even get a call the following Monday to touch base. I did reach him by text which is when he informed me about the delay. The issue I have with this is I told him I needed my car back asap because that is how I pay the bills. I did get a loaner in hopes of using it but I couldn't. Later that day he texts me again letting me know it would be complete first thing the next day. I was eager to get it back and get a day of work in. Again, no communication. I finally messaged at 2pm to ask for the ETA because I needed to go to work. He texts back it's been finished and he's doing paperwork. Why not tell me it's finished when it finished and do the paperwork while I'm traveling to get the vehicle?Second, he didn't communicate to the mechanics to fix the issue with my gas tank which is causing my engine light to come on. I've heard from other people he's not a good communicator and they had the same issues with him and not getting service the way, they did before him. I don't know whose fault it is, but I now have issues with my vehicle starting when I add gasoline and sometimes it smells like sulfur. I don't have the luxury of leaving my vehicle whenever they want me to and I'm nervous I won't get my vehicle back in a timely manner like before.Third and final issue I have is common courtesy - the change oil light was on, and I thought he'd contact me to let me know so the oil could be changed while they had it, but he didn't. He gave my vehicle back with the light on and no mention of servicing the vehicle this is a first for me. I've always had the service tech reach out to me before finishing up to ask if I wanted regular service before picking up.It's safe to say I will not be going back to Bommarito for service of my vehicles unless I'm guaranteed they'll do better.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Doug Clever today. Doug was very professional and personable. Doug also made our car buying experience very easy. We will definitely recommend Doug to everyone we know.

I'm so impressed with the service Clayton Swarts! He kept me up to date on what my car needed. Bommarito Ford is always fast and efficient. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. They're always friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.

Just bought my 2023 Ford Bronco from Bommarito Ford. I can’t say enough good things about Steve Nodiff who assisted me in the order and purchase of my new Bronco and Jon Chung in the finance office. Both made the experience easy and enjoyable and I would definitely recommend them for the purchase of your new or used vehicle!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership thus far. (Also, arrived home today, and found freshly baked cookies delivered all the way to Kansas City).. It’s the little things… People never forget how you make them feel and Mrs. Vicky and staff definitely went above, and beyond making the process as smooth as they possibly could. Kudos Bommarito Ford! You guys are doing a great work!

Wanted to go with a brand and dealership that is already in the family. A place where they are going to take care of you and not advantage. Bommarito Ford was that place! Doug Clever has taken care of my father who recommended him and he did a great job. He took care of me and others which means he's good at his job and people continue to come to him. He made the experience overall easy and got me a great deal. Also my Dad has been dealing with Donnie in the service department who helps us and does a great job. Looking forward to being serviced by Bommarito Ford. They treated me like Family!! If you are in the market for a vehicle stop in and give them a try. Tell them Batman sent you!!!

My salesmen was Doug Clever and our interaction started almost a year ago with ordering a 2023 maverick. Doug kept me up to date and was happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Yesterday it finally showed up and Doug called and got me set up with a time to come check it out and purchase the vehicle. The process was hands down the best buying experience I’ve ever had. As long as Doug is selling cars I will come back to buy from him again!

I had an great experience today at Bommarito! Chris Clay is a really good dude! He didn't try to oversell me anything, it was never any pressure! Very welcoming guy! He did everything to make sure i left with a great deal! Got the car i wanted along with amenities! Jim also did a great job making sure i got the best deal. They really looked out for me! Great sales team for sure!

I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 from the Bommarito Ford store and am very satisfied with the experience overall. Eddie was our salesman. He did a great job. We walked in, expressed what we were interested in, and he directed us to what would suit our needs. When I was ready to look at the inventory, Eddie would bring the selected truck to the front and gave us all the time we needed to review and test drive. Bommarito had a large selection of inventory that I was looking for. This made it much easier to make the best and most informed decision. The process was zero pressure and seamless. 5/5 for Eddie and the Bommarito team.

Worked with Jeff Mueller on getting our new Ford Maverick.Jeff and the rest of the Bommarito team were great to work with. It took Ford 10 months from order to arrival of the Maverick, but it was worth the wait. It has only been a short time with it, but so far it’s a great little truck.

The service department has always provided top-notch customer service every time we visit. We bought our truck there in 2018 and the sales staff was great to work with as well. For this service Ted helped us and he was outstanding. Usually Donnie takes care of us but he was off. Donnie also provides excellent customer service and is also ways pleasant to work with. Bob Spicer was amazing and so helpful! My car that I truly loved was totaled by a neighbors tree and I was devastated. I am so happy with my purchase and he made it seem very easy. Even the finance department was very helpful.

Had my truck in and out the same day - serviced properly. My Service Writer, Clay, was highly professional and responsive. Ryan the shuttle driver was incredibly courteous and pleasant to talk with. Would come here again.
