I would give 0 stars if I could. This company emailed me saying I owe $118 for Verizon. Which is not possible I have T-Mobile.

They started calling me about some random man’s debt. Lol incase any of you are wondering. If you have registered with the fcc to be put on the do not cal list, which makes your phone number private and nobody has the right to call your phone number unless you give them the right to. Each offense is punishable up to $1000 per phone call. It doesn’t matter if it’s a debt collection agency if You did not give them the right to call you. They’re not legally allowed to as long as your number has been on the FCC list for 30+ days. You can also go on file a complaint with your local police department as well for harassment. You can report them to consumer affairs. You can report them to the Better Business Bureau. There’s also federal government websites that you can Google and report them to.
You need to abdicate for yourself. Report them. Also, every phone call that they receive it charges them 50 Cent so if you got time on your hand, keep calling when they pick up and say hello hang up

Uneducated about financial banks and process. Rude and mean staff, very inpatient, very disrespectful management. Filing issues, terrible record keeping and no accountability. They don't even know what you owe and they do not record any settlements... so keep your documents close. TheyWILL try to over charge you so please KEEP all proof. Very unprofessional, time for a business check up.

They seems like fraud. Once I already paid them, they still send the letters by mail. And I called them on given number, they asking for SSN.

Be careful; this low group is a scam. I received a debt collection letter and paid them, but they did not report to the credit bureau. When I called them, they hung up on me and never called back.

The woman on the phone told me “if I shut my mouth…”
A word of warning. You are in a business of dealing with unpleasant people in an unpleasant situation. If you can’t handle the pressures of your job, I can be there in a minutes notice to discuss with you your career choices in person.
Do not be rude. I’ll be watching.

This place is terrible. Call the number and no one comes on the line. Send an email, and you will never get a response.
I was underemployed and in arrears with my phone account. Credit Control contacted me, and I paid the final amount this past August. The company is still reporting me to Transunion every month stating that I'm still in arrears, which is affecting my credit score! Stay away from this company.

I never thought I would leave a 5 star review for a debt collection agency but here I am doing it! Years ago I had broke up with my boyfriend at the time and made the mistake of not cancelling the Cox account for that address which was under my name. Of course he did not end up making the payments, so I was stuck with the debt. Finally now years later, I went to bite the bullet and called Credit Control since they now had my debt. I was blessed to get Ashley on the phone, she was so professional and easy to work with! She worked out a deal for me that worked for me, and ended up with me not feeling like I had just lost a ton of money over a past mistake. I’m honestly very grateful, she seemed to genuinely want to help me settle this. My credit score and I thank you dearly Ashley 💜

If I could rate them a zero I would. This company has been calling my mobile number multiple times a day for about 2 months now from a “Cincinnati, Ohio” number, but they’re based in MO. I was finally able to answer today only to be asked if I was so and so (mans name) I said no I’m a woman… I was immediately hung up on. Not one explanation of who they were or a business name when they called, no mention of oh sorry we must have the wrong number I was just straight hung up on. No professionalism what so ever. So I called the number back got a different person and explained what had just happened. I had to literally ask who they were and what the phone call was even about. They’re an extremely annoying credit collection agency that does not even have proper numbers for the people they’re trying to reach. And if by chance you answer they hang up on YOU. Smdh…
