It was great to be able to pick up my package shipped via DHL at the office in Hazelwood near St. louis Mills. Given a delivery date from the company I’d ordered from, I knew I would be out of town and scheduled a later delivery date through DHL. I was surprised to receive a text letting me know my package was in town and being held in Hazelwood…I went there and it was a simple, fast and pleasant process to get it!

Worst possible courier service I have ever encountered. They were over 2 weeks late with my package. Did not bother to even notifying me as to why it was going to be late and then just dumped it off on my doorstep Damaged with so unprofessional.

I have been waiting on a package that was supposed to been delivered yesterday. I was here all day and when I tracked it, it says it was undeliverable because I wasn't here to accept. Please explain why it can't be left at the back door.

Customer service is great! I wasn’t home for my package delivery and I spoke with someone over the phone and was able to pick it up the next day!

I've dropped packages off at other DHL locations but today was different. I brought in my sealed package but the DHL worker began to open it up. I wasn't sure if she understood that I was dropping it off to be shipped. She confirmed that she knew. Asked me for my ID and began disassembling the package. This was different. When I inquired why was she disassembling the package she said she has to check the contents. This was different. She proceeded to remove the shipping tape, I carefully applied and opened the package (mailer envelope) and saw it was a dress that I was returned, she repackaged the bag and took a photocopy of my ID. This was different. When I asked why she needed a copy of my ID she said because they have to keep it on file for 30-days, just in case a plane blows up. WHAT??? This made me uncomfortable to say the least. When I asked where can I find this policy, she said it was online. I was very turned off by the whole experience. Has anyone ever had this experience before?

omg. if i could leave a 0 star review, i would. if you're thinking about doing business with DHL... DONT. i've only ever had horrible experiences with them. this is my 2nd and last time doing business. the first time, i ordered from a website online (from the us) thinking it'll ship either through ups or usps but it shipped through dhl. they didn't deliver my package until 2 months later. RECENTLY, ordered a package, and they were suppose to deliver my item TODAY. i did not get a notification or an email or a phone call for "out for delivery" "driver on the way" even though i did opt into that option. however, when i went on the tracking website. it said "delivery attempt failed"... i have cameras in my home and my windows face to the street. i was waiting ALL DAY in my living room for my package. i have views of the street where my typical mailman and amazon delivery drivers drop my packages off. NO DHL TRUCK NOR PERSON EVEN CAME TO MY STREET! i rechecked my home surveillance cameras to match the time of "failed delivery", & nope, nobody on the street or curb of my house to "deliver" anything! then, when i tried to contact DHL, customer service was horrible! could barely get anyone on live chat nor on the phone. and when i could, they responded like idiots! i even asked to switch delivery to pick up so i could get it myself but they told me that wasn't an option??? but then later on in the phone call said i could pick it up but there will be a charge?? i paid for express shipping. this is really horrible customer service. would NOT recommend DHL!

Sent a message saying that my address was incorrect and didn’t exist. Weird, because the last 11 times I’ve had something delivered by this company, at this same exact address, it existed and my package was delivered. On time. Sounds like the driver responsible for my package was just being lazy. I even chose the option to waive the signature to make it easier for the driver to place the package down at my door and GO. Wasted my entire day. I needed my shipment for an upcoming trip. Thanks, a*s wipe.

I have been to this location several time and worked with Darrick, Chris and Pat and they are all extremely helpful in getting my overseas shipments shipped! Never an issue and I will continue to use DHL just because of these kind employees! Thank our ALL for your help!

If you're going to allow me to closely track my package online maybe you shouldn't deliver it 3 hours late after your driver has been near my house 3 or 4 times. ?

It was no hassle I picked up my package without any issues. The door was open right at 8:00 so I was able to get it and head right in to work on time. The person at the counter was nice. She was fast and knew her Job. Awesome experience ?
