I bought a 2021 Toyota at the dunn road location. As soon as I walked in they were there to help me . Sherman Morgan help me get just the car I wanted he was great to work with very friendly and knew all the answers to my questions I highly recommend to shop for a car here. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere. They sold me a car that had a oil change light appear 48hrs later and had been ran off the road and didn’t give me a car fax and I didn’t find out about the damage until I got it checked wit a mechanic. They then said “they didn’t know” and that their vehicles are “pre certified and serviced”. They gave me the option to choose another car, only for me to receive another call 2 weeks later that they needed “more information” to close the loan so I called the lender myself and found out enterprise falsified my credit application and the bank ended up denying my approval. They continued to run my credit without my consent to get an approval but the terms changed. I gave the vehicle back. Avoid the headache and go to a big dealership like Bommarito Nissan or literally any other dealership nearby on dunn road. ?

We found a car online at another Enterprise dealer. It was the right car at the right price so we bought it from this Enterprise dealer. We paid the transfer fee and had the car brought in. We put down a down payment and had the care for an extended test period. It wasn't shifting right. Even though it was an automatic, it would "catch" between third and fourth gear.No problem, the point of the test drive was to make sure everything worked well. So we had Enterprise take the care back and fix it. They said it needed a new transmission and that they would keep it for a few weeks and replace it.After a few weeks, they gave us the car back and we again had a few days for a test drive. If anything, it drove worse. And it had a 10,000 more miles on the odometer than when they took it.We asked for our money back but were out about $1,000.Absolutely horrible experience. A compete ripoff. Don't buy a car from these guys.

Eric Perry was our salesman and Tony was awesome in the finance department. My son pushed his first car from Enterprise Car Sales, just as I did many years ago. Good to know that the process is still the same!! Thanks guys, appreciate all your help and hardwork!!

I recently purchased a used Nissan from the Hazelwood location. Overall, the process was quick, professional, and easy! I had the best sales consultant, LaDonna, who was very personable. When I came in, they had the vehicle I wanted; but in an even better condition that I anticipated. The car had less than 25K miles and still had incredible features. LaDonna even put a big green bow on the car to make my experience extra special!The only reason I gave a 4-star review is because there were a few cosmetic flaws and the interior was not completely clean upon purchase. In addition, like with many dealers, there was a bit of miscommunication when it came to the financing process. This issue has been resolved, but I wanted to be fully transparent in my review.I would still recommend this location to anyone; and I’ll definitely say to ask for LaDonna!

I give them a one star because I purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu from them in 2021 and here it is 2023 and I was just told that I needed a new transmission and an engine. I literally been having nothing but trouble when I bought this car. I really think they sold me a lemon car. And when I call to complain about it they brought up the warranty and told me it wasn’t covered and they told me I would have to go through the process all over again just to get another car. I have been on the side of the highway with my kids plenty of time with this car. From 2021 until now I have had a lot of frustration with this car and nothing can be done on there and it’s very frustrating.

I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks and now I have to take it to the BMW dealership because it has a minor (hopefully) coolant leak. The warning message popped up the very next day after I left Enterprise. I was hoping it was just low coolant. But, I have had to add coolant twice and I can see the actually dripping while the car is running. This is something that should have been caught in the presale inspection. So, either an inspection wasn't performed or they ignored defect.**Update** After posting my initial one star review I was contacted by the location's general manager, Tony Johnson. He apologzed that the defect was missed in the certification process and offered to cover the cost of repairs. I took the vehicle to a BMW dealership and had the work done. They contacted Mr. Johnson and he kept his word and paid for the repairs. I appreciate the effort that was made to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. If not for the certification hiccup the rating would have been higher. My salesperson, Wendell was also very helpful and attentive throughout the buying process.

I absolutely love Enterprise Car Sales. I came in, told them exactly what I wanted and was able to drive off the lot with my car in just a few hours. This was the easiest transaction ever. Wendell and all the other sales associates were amazing and very patient with me!
