Took my car to get an oil change. Once it was complete they told me my car was struggling to stay on. Ended up having it towed to a car shop which they informed me that the air snorkel to the engine wasn’t attached. Pretty sure it was an accident. Nevertheless, that mistake costed me time and money.

Terrible experience!! I brought my car in for an oil change. They did something now my car doesn’t hold any oil! Didn’t even offer my money back! Now I have to pay for unexpected repairs!!! Thanks for nothing!!!! They don’t even deserve this one star!
