Purchased a PCM through Importapart's Ebay store. It worked well for a few months, but then started having problems. By a year it was having major failures. Importapart's warranty is only 60 days on refurbished PCM's. They also have no more of my particular PCM in stock. I paid another company $60 more for the same part and it came with a Lifetime warranty.

I needed a PCM for my 08 dodge ram. Steve was a big help! He got my Part overnighted to me and it was at my front door inTexas the next day! Part worked Great! I will definitely use importapart in the future. Thank you Steve.

Steve was great to work with on my Land Cruiser. Parts were priced a little high, but the level of communication and making sure I was getting what I needed were absolute top notch. I'll definitely ask them if I need any parts in the future.

I purchased a crank from this place, its a heavy item.. the packaging was done proper.

Shipped an incomplete, seized transfer case. I left it in the box for 5 months unfortunately due to life happening and didn’t notice this was the case.
Yes, it is my fault for not checking the box. No, they should not have shipped an Incomplete, broken unit. Would not recommend this business. Would not issue any portion of a refund. $360 in the trash.

I faithfully watch Eric tear apart those engines. I recently called to see if they would be interested in my Daughters 2005 Acura with 275k MI.The guy I talked to was friendly & courteous and told me what they needed to proceed. Be getting back with them soon.

***** a salesperson of theirs tried to scam me on ******** Marketplace for *** parts. Sent payment to him and still after 6 months havent received parts. He sent threats to me and my family on ********. This company needs to be shut down and held accountable for taking advantage of customers.

I purchased a set of Mercedes turbos (M278) after seeing the engine torn down on his YouTube channel (genius idea). This shop is legit AF. Phenomenal communication, I asked for some pics to compare part numbers etc and they more than amenable. From payment to doorstep was 4 days (Mizzou to Cali). This place is my first stop for slightly used Mercedes parts. Thanks!!!!
