I’ve never had problems with lab Corp until this past week. My doctor’s office had problems sending orders for my blood test which has never happened before…now I haven’t received the results which I usually get 1-3 days after being tested.
I am anxious to receive the results!

Showed up early for my appointment, and at check-in, it offered me an earlier time slot. So I didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was nice, and the lady I had was awesome. In and out . I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews

If i could give zero stars i would, their online time says 7-5. But the EXTREMELY RUDE front desk woman threw a fit about not seeing anyone til 9. Fix your available time thats listed online. As for the woman working the desk she needs to be fired, she is horrendous and absolutely terrible with customer service. There are words I'd use that cant go on a review to describe her...

Waiting area with check in kiosks.I made an appointment online and checked in from my car. I received a text message letting me know I could come in the waiting area.My wait time was about 5 minutes. The technician was gentle and pain free. They are always pleasant.The bathroom could have used some sprucing up and there were urine samples from others left in there that needed to be collected. Otherwise it was fine.

I love how you check in. You can either stay in the waiting room or go back to your car and they will text you when it's your turn. The building is very bright, clean and moderan. I had the tech Kenisha Moore who drew my blood. She had to take 10 vials of blood from me. She was so professional. She could tell I was very nervous and she calmed my fears. Before I knew it she was finished. If I need blood work done again trust me I'll be asking for Kenisha Moore.
