I had an absolutely wonderful experience. When I got to the gate for the first time, I use the app to access, my son and I drove down looking for my storage unit and all of a sudden a guy (I believe his name was Dave, maybe Dan) came riding up on a cart . He called me by my name, introduced himself, welcomed my son, and I and had us follow him to my unit. He then got out to showed us how to use the lock etc . It was easy peezy….such a pleasurable experience. Great Customer ServiceKeep it up!Thanks Dan and God Bless you!

Met with Dave today to view some options for my future move . He showed me multiple options and gave me the pricing for each. This place was also extremely clean and has inside units. Can’t wait to secure my spot in a few weeks

Ouida was kind and thorough as I started moving into the unit. It was such a blessing to have a safe, clean place to store everything until my new home was ready. I felt secure as I came and went, and Dave was equally helpful as I vacated the unit.

Looking for a place for storage this Fall however I was late and all spaces were gone. The manager Dave was really nice and told me to call daily if I wanted or watch the website. Once I found open space he was polite to take time and show me the space, and discuss my options. Never did I feel like there was any pressure to purchase. To be honest there is another storage location near my house but Life Storage offered the BEST DEAL and Dave personality just sealed the deal. I highly recommend Life Storage for your extra storage space.Came back 2 weeks later to add to my review. I recently discovered Life Storage location in Hazelwood provides Climate Controlled Rooms. This is a huge benefit for us as we have items to stored that we did not want to hit extreme cold, hot or damp conditions. Dave took me on a quick tour and I was please to see a flatbed and dolly for me to use as needed. The elevator has a lot of space so you do not feel cramped in any way. Room is very clean and I have already moved in. Oh I should mention the price was amazingly affordable after searching their online website. :)
