I went there on Friday afternoon at 315. There were 2 techs there & 2 customers each had a customer. There was no one sitting waiting so I was the only person there. The lady said they are busy I looked around & said no one is here. She said i have 2 coming at 330 I said ok I can wait. She said no I don't have time for u. I said WOW. The 2 customers that were there were white. They have lost me as their customer FOREVER. DO NOT PATRONIZS HERE

I went here with my friend that she recommended for the first time & it wasn't a very good experience. So the man was very RUDE I didn't like his tone of voice he used when talking to us & also the place wasn't clean to my standards! When we first walked in mind you he was already with an customer and after finishing up with the lady he cashed out he came and served me and my friend with the same gloves on and after we asked him to change his gloves he yelled and put us out . I was already skeptical of going so therefore I give 0 STARS !

The man is VERY RUDE! He challenges everything you are asking for and willing to pay for ! He put me and a friend out because he told me to take off my shoes and I asked was he ready he said he time is money”! Very much rude ! However I didn’t believe he was ready because he had not even changed his gloves ? from the last client ! Very much unsatisfactory and nasty!! I do not recommend and will be making professional calls! Zero stars for sure !!!!!!!!

Fast. Friendly. Job well done. They use a really good buffer that knocks the dead skin off your feet, unlike any other places I've been.

I love it here!!!! It was my first dip, and I've never looked back. I pass a gazillion shops to get to them. Nice, clean shop and courteous staff. My natural nails are healthy and long, I get many compliments, and they are often mistaken for acrylics.

Definitely racist. I wouldn’t recommend. I walked in to get my toe fixed that I bumped. Another lady and her mom walked in a few minutes after me. They took them and had me wait. After I had already informed them on what I needed. They did not have an appointment. I told her I was next and she told me I could wait. Excuse me. I won’t be backServices: Pedicure

I have been going to this salon for years as a black customer. I would agree that they treat their white customers much better. I am a creature of habit so I continue to go back. But I have had my final straw. Paying $50 for a rushed pedicure and attitude because you’re busy is not worth it. I am a six figure earner and probably make more than their White stay at home moms they cater to. Sorry not sorry.Services: Manicure

Terrible experience , initially I witnessed the owner constantly getting into altercations with other clients but I chose to ignore it . I came today from West County and I had a scheduled appointment and she was overbooked and tried to convince me that I canceled the appointment. She was very rude and didn’t apologize. She’s also a racist , she caters to the few white clients that comes to her shop .
