It was a bad experience I came in to get my coolant temperature sensor changed after the worked was complete my service engine soon light didn’t go off and my temperature gage went from working intermittently to not at all , the next day I tried to start my car and it wouldn’t turn over so I figure something else is wrong , I popped the hood and looked at the work performed the previous day and the wires to the sensor are damaged so bad the computer is not reading the sensor at all so here I am stuck , I had to have my car towed home , I called the store to inform them of the issue , the manger stated to bring my car in on Monday so the mechanic that fixed it can correct the issue but I don’t want him anywhere near my car. Worse experience I’ve ever had getting tires. They took an insane amount of time to install 2 tires and alinement. When I left after the work. The alinement was off pretty bad. One of the valve stems they installed broke off while driving. They hammered weights on my aftermarket rims!!!! Took it back to have them fix the mess up and they mess up again. Will never come back here. These guys need to be educated on how to do the job they have.

This place is very inconsistent. When you call for pricing they gave us a price and then we book the appt off of that price. But once we got there for the appt we were being told a different price. Which is higher than what was discussed at first. They really deserve zero stars.

TOOK MY MONEY FOR DIAGNOSTIC PER MY BRAKE LIGHTS WOULDN'T GO OUT SHOWED ME IT WAS BRAKE SWITCH BUT I WOULD NEED TO TAKE TO DEALER I SAW ON YOUYUBE WHEN I LEFT ITS A SIMPLE JOB ANY REAL MACHANIC WOULD BE ABLE TO DO CALLED CAR X FOUR DOORS DOWN FROM THEM MANAGER TOLD ME BRING IN HE ORDERD SWITCH AND HAD FIXED ALL IN 30 MINS CALLING CORPORATE FIR REFUND EVEN CAR X WAS SAYING THEY DINT KNOW EHAT TO SAY BOUT THESE GUYS IM PROBABLY NOT THE FIRST

I was quoted one price while on the phone. When I brought the car in for the work to be performed, I was quoted a price that was 30% higher than the quote on the phone! I had the work done somewhere else that was close to the quoted price.
