Hotels
Hours: Motel 6 Hazelwood, MO, offers a mixed experience for guests. Many reviewers praise the hotel for its clean rooms and friendly staff, highlighting that housekeeping keeps the property tidy and the front desk is helpful. The large parking area is a convenient feature appreciated by travelers. Guests also mention that the rooms are comfortable and large, with some enjoying a good night's sleep, especially in rooms away from the highway. However, several reviews point out issues that affect the overall stay. Some rooms have problems with doors that seem damaged or poorly maintained, and toilets that require replacement or repair. There are concerns about cleanliness, with reports of rooms smelling of cigarette smoke and needing deep cleaning. Maintenance issues like low water pressure and noisy hallways are also noted. The outside area sometimes looks unkempt, and there are comments about the need for better pest control. Prices are considered high by some, especially given the condition of the rooms, and guests suggest that for similar rates, they might prefer extended stay hotels. Overall, while Motel 6 Hazelwood has some positive aspects, potential guests should be aware of the varying room quality and maintenance concerns.
