Napleton customer service is self preservation at its best. It’s sales building needs to understand it’s role in the ChargePoint infrastructure. While I’m sure it doesn’t want non-Hyundai vehicles roaming around the back of the building. Ignoring electric vehicle customers asking for access to charging station parking blocked by vehicles owned by dealership is some kind of attraction for employees to come to work. Minority minded individuals must not have access to the keys to the expensive vehicles… I mean couldn’t even get the keys to an electric vehicle. No effort on the insult. Here is my response to your effort to inconvenience… returned by my effort. All will hear my sword. And once they see your pitiful sword, they will hear my words.. I am posting pics on google

MJ - sold me a car I didn't know I needed at a price am still surprised at ?I walked in here to test drive a kona and a elentra.Damn MJ comes back and says hey you wanna test drive this Vin Diesel car! - couple of hours later it's mine. ?♂️MJ is an awesome guy, the team are a solid group of people.I recommend this place.

I have always hated car shopping. I hate the hassle, the haggle, headache, and stiff sales people. Until today, I thought all dealers were the same and always trying to "get over" on the little man. I was wrong. The Napleton Hyundai guys know how to treat people with respect, dignity, integrity, and are very knowledgeable. A huge shout out to Jessie M. and Jon S. for making this a fun and painless experience.

Jessie Miller is wonderful. He listened to what I wanted and found a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. He let me test drive three vehicles and was very patient as he explained all the features and differences between each one. This is the nicest vehicle I’ve ever purchased and I’m sure I will enjoy it for years to come.

I don’t even know where to start. From beginning to end I was Impressed. Jon S. and his associate Jim made me feel so comfortable. The customer service was top tier and they made the process easy and enjoyable since this process takes hours to complete. Jon took his time and gave me options. He went in detail with giving me pros and cons before I made a decision which gave me the opportunity to select the right vehicle for me. Everyone in the building greeted you with kindness. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with purchasing a car. Shoutout to Jon Scruggs for this amazing experience and my new car.

Megan was an absolute joy! From the moment I drove into the dealership she was super friendly and efficient. She made the experience so easy and fast. She also updated me throughout the appointment so I could know the status and progress of my vehicle. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience I’ve had with Napelton in years.

Jessie was great to work with. Showed us the available options for the model we was looking for and answered all our questions. Process went very smoothly. Dealership had a great selection of the model we were looking for and we were treated very professionally. Cole was also easy to work with in finance.

I'm a Genesis owner of 8 years and always took my car to another Hyundai dealership until recently I ran into several issues with their customer service. I decided to give Napleton a try as I had an issue with the oil sensor switch. I'm out of warranty but Tony in Service gave me a fair price and an AMAZING turnaround time for the repair. His constant contact and response time to my questions and concerns were above and beyond. Looks like I found my new dealership all because of Tony's great customer service and honesty! He's the BEST!

I made an appt to have an oil change and plug it into the computer for a couple of quirks that I wanted to rule out as a problem. The guy who checked me in said it would be at least 2 hours. I booked appt as "waiting". I said but I scheduled an appt. He said they were double booking and my appt just gave me a slot to bring in my car in. 2.5 hours later I got my car for pretty much an oil change that I made an appt for. I will never go back there for service or to buy a car. Ruined the rest of our days plans

I went to the dealership on Sept. 11 and explained to them that I was interested in a Toyota Camry that I had saw online. They told me it was sold and ask if I would be interested in another car long story short I looked at a few cars and test drove one. At the beginning I said I wanted to trade my current car. They tried to sell me another car which means two car notes and had me there over three hours for nothing

AVOID this place, 3 Months and still not resolved in My opinion, they have given me a BS answer and moved on, this place is FULL of the stereotypical car sales people, get the $$$ and never answer calls or texts. Still owe me $$$ and they won't admit they screwed up, the GM wont even return an email, so ridiculous. Again go elsewhere!

This dealership considers immaculate condition to consist of minor damage and broken pieces. I came to buy a car they told me was in immaculate condition and had no accidents or damage. I was reassured this car was one owner and in immaculate condition before I drove from Springfield with a check in my hand to buy the car full price. After arriving I found the car damaged and less than immaculate condition and what looked like an accident on the front bumper. The dealer claimed they knew nothing about it yet the picture I took shows touch up paint. They agreed to replace the black insert but refused to repair the damage to the bumper as well so I left them with the car and went home. Buyers beware of deceitful dealerships
