When people think of pawn shops, they either think of two things, 1. making a quick buck for something that would take time selling elsewhere or 2. getting ripped off on their possessions. When shopping at a pawn shop, value to your personal self/life are a big factor as well as market-value. Staff members may only be knowledgable in one or two areas, but they will listen and try to understand what you're saying and talking about to help you get what you need in a specific area.
