He came fixed the dryer with the new parts and out of here in about 30 minutes. Amazing. Very professional and courteous.

First scheduled for 12/8, they rescheduled to 12/15 without asking me or telling me. Had to reschedule to 12/19 bc I was out of town 12/15. Waited for a call the 19th, my bf was home all day with the dogs. Had 2 missed calls while at work from an Indiana spam number that didn't leave a voice-mail or text or email me about being on his way. Found out he showed up, but didn't not knock or ring the bell. He only took a picture of my front door and then drove away. Finally came out 12/22 for 5 min. Previous visit less than 3 months ago, he stated thus is a problem I'll have to deal with for the life of these fridge and that they'll never replace it.

The repair guy was on time throughly inspected and service-my washer and dryer. He explained how to maintain my washer and dryer until my next service. While my washer and dryer were older models he stated they are goods Products from Sears Kenmore and hold on to them with proper maintenance they last forever.

The technical was great. He checked with the company to see if they covered my glass door to my wall oven before he made the service called. Unfortunately it was not covered. He saved me a service fee.

The last tech said keep freezer on normal this one said turn on coldest and frig on nomal..so confused..will see if this works. He also said to clean the condenser or call them to come clean it but there is a charge($50.) I thought all that was covered under the warranty protection plan ..he stated "NO" that is in addition to the plan. We lost alot of food.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Was sent out to replace a part but refused to do the work. Waited outside in the driveway for 30 minutes before going into the house. This is the fourth tech that’s been in my house in the last three months and my refrigerator still isn’t fixed.
