I had a few issues with the app for the truck pick up, return, and etc. There were some over the phone reps at the calls Center (2) that gave bad customer service. But overall, majority of the U-Haul workers, from the call center, Hazelwood, MO location & etc. gave phenomenal service. Thank you.

Doug and his team were very helpful and understanding when I couldn't fit an X-Large box in my car. They allowed me to come back to pick it up and even remembered me when I came back a week later. I really appreciated their help!!
