Absolute joke. My package has been stuck here for months and they refuse to do anything about it. Everyone I have talked to does not care at all. The refuse to do anything about it or even refund me for the certified delivery that I paid for.
Just us FedEx or ups, your experience will be better.

I tracked my package that was supposed to be delivery 7/15/2025 @ 1:36 pm. I went to check my mailbox at 2pm. My package wasn't there!! I've made a report and the mailman who delivered in my area says he put it in my mailbox, but ITS NOT THERE!!! So apparently they stole it!!! If my package isn't in my hands by tomorrow I'm suing this company and the employee for Stealing personal property!!!! POOR SERVICE

Just adding to the pile because this should not have anything higher than 1.0 stars. In the last month I have had two separate orders go through here and mysteriously disappear. One still has tracking from 4/18 lying to me saying “your package is arriving later than expected but is still on its way” after it fell into this black hole of a distribution center on 4/14. I now have another one from a different seller that’s meeting the same fate as of 5/20. Unfortunately that seller seems pretty new to his job despite living so close to this place, because he swears it isn’t lost even though it’s been supposedly sitting in this building for the last week. I imagine the employees at this distribution center either straight up don’t do their jobs or steal your packages if they suspect there’s anything valuable inside, considering I’m 2/2 on packages going missing here.
This is what you get when you vote for Republicans who keep defunding the USPS so that you guarantee only the most bottom of the barrel people are willing to work at such an understaffed and underpaid job.

People don't work, they take a long time to unload, it seems they don't have a supervisor, they're lazy.

Pickup Instructions:
If you’re picking up, no need to go inside — you’re already checked in at the gate. Just leave two straps on the load and back into a dock. Don’t leave more than two — they’ll keep the rest. After that, go catch some sleep for 1-1.5 hour. Once you get the green light, pull forward — your paperwork and seal will be in the trailer.
Delivery Instructions:
Check in at the gate, get a dock number, back in. Then go to the door and kick it like hell — hit it hard enough so they hear you and come open it. They’ll cut your seal. Pull forward, open your doors, back in again. After you get the green light, your paperwork will be in the back of the trailer.
The docks in the back of the building are super tight when there’s a truck and trailer on both sides of you. If you’re a rookie ask for help.

I'm like a truck driver, I say it's very slow to work in the gate for 3 hours, they just let go of their local trucks, deliviri and pickup are also very slow, when you have to go to the check-in, the doors open for too long, everything here is too slow, we are also people, we also need to rest

As a truck driver, I’ve noticed that this facility records the seal time as the same as the loading completion time, but the seal is not actually placed immediately. Instead, they hand the seal to the driver to apply it themselves, and sometimes it’s given to them hours after loading is finished. This practice can lead to issues, especially if a driver leaves without properly securing the load. It would be much better if the facility staff placed the seal themselves immediately after loading to ensure accuracy and security. I hope this suggestion is taken into consideration to prevent any potential problems in the future.

No wonder they have 1 star and a half they should have no stars at all , this is the rudiest USPS I ever met, people here not even talk to you, you have to be fortune teller to know what to do.
