★★★★★ – My Favorite Post Office! 📬
This is hands-down my favorite post office. I’m always in and out quickly, no long waits, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. It’s rare to find a post office that runs this smoothly — 5 stars all the way!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is horrible! I purchased a money order and had paid for it priority to get at a location in STL( downtown) . I tracked it after the location stated it wasn’t there. It was in Oklahoma then KC! Melvin..the post master gave no resolution only to pay for an enquiry, which takes 30 days, for an additional charge of $20 AFTER he admitted it was their fault. This was done May 27,2025. It’s June 16,2025. Priority is 2-3 days! I was to talk to Tosha at the main post office per Melvin..just for her to say the same thing with a twist. I advise anyone that’s having issues open a case with Wesley Bell office on a federal level because we are tax payers and get talked to and mishandled badly. I trust nothing there and would never go there again….

My package being shipped through USPS is now 5 days late with little to no information about its wearabouts. I was able to find out that is somewhere in St. Louis. After a 45 minute exchange on the phone in an attempt to talk to a real person I was put on a 2 hour hold. Once I got to a real person they provided no help whatsoever and even cut the call short! I cannot believe how poorly this company is run.

Moved early November. Put in my address change. A month later still not receiving mail. Called the number they asked all kinds of questions went and got my mail from old mail box. Still didn't receive mail after that. Put in a second addresse change. Guess we will see what happens now. I hope my ordeal is over and I don't have to deal with this anymore but now I have proof.
Update.
Went up there the other day. Have a date written down but not on me. This day I had to prove my identity for the second time. In order to have something that is not he said she said. I recorded my ordeal. The first guy was not comfortable with that. Understandable. He did, however, find me someone that was.
Also. Just so everyone knows what I did is legal. I did research. The post office is a public domain. Therefore, it is legal. Obviously, we waited until everyone that had to have their personal info out to get done. What I did is legal, though

How incompetent are these people? Every single time I order from fanatics it’s goes to this location and it’s just stuck. My newest order has been sitting and waiting acceptance for 8 days!!!!!! Oh and good luck ever getting someone on the phone!!!

This location gets a one-star for the following reason. I have a package sitting down there for 4 days ready to be shipped way out in Warrenton Missouri and still sets. My question is why? Just absolutely horrible service

Just curious why 6 out of the last 8 times a package of mine gets lost at the Hazelwood location. They even lost an ottoman of mine 2 years ago .
I still have a bit of faith. I currently have a package that left Hazelwood and was returned back to Hazelwood and has been there 5 days so far . Just wondering one thing . Why ?
Anyway good luck . I wonder which employee or employees are splitting the bounty . It’s ok . I end up canceling the order because it never arrived. Then I have to reorder and the coin is tossed to see if it goes through Hazelwood again . I respect the people that work for USPS . I just wish they would respect the client .

Worst post office ever! Definitely need new management at this location. This is all leadership issues. Package has been sitting for 2 weeks. What a joke! I assume somebody stole it that works there after reading all the bad reviews.

Nobody answers the telephone when you call! I have a package ordered April 29th, arrived at the Hazelwood post office on May 3rd and it's been sitting there for 5 days, accepted, but not scanned or sorted. What is their major malfunction?!?!! The package contains a gift for my daughter for Mother's Day!! I pray that I NEVER, EVER have anything shipped to this facility again!!
