We live in St Francis county and work close by to the post office and it is always nice going in and seeing the ladies!!!! “I've got to say, I've lived here 27 years and have never had any issues. They're always courteous any time I've been inside the post office. My packages are always in the mailbox if they fit. Otherwise they're left on my front porch.
When there's a delay in your delivery, I don't believe that it's one person's fault. So I'm giving 5 star rating!”

“5 stars from me so far. They accept packages that the horrendous Festus branch denies for literally no reason other than laziness. I'm talking correct zip code, not over weight limit, correct size, valid label and ship date - things that are basically common sense everywhere other than Festus. Have dropped off stuff here rarely before too in the past and never had any issues.”

“My husband and I use this post office frequently. On certain days there may be long lines but the only rude behavior observed has come from selfish outspoken customers. The facility seems to be understaffed but the staff, without exception, has always be courteous, friendly and professional.”
