Had a great experience with Dave Fisher. He was pretty low pressure and took care of me. Got there early and was out with my new ride before lunch. That's including a test drive.
Sadly I had a check engine light within the first week of getting my new vehicle. Dave personally ensured I had a loaner while the service dept took care of it.
Really happy with my truck now. 10/10 would def go back.

everyone that assisted us the day of purchase was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. any concerns or questions I had were answered to my liking and was helping in financing my vehicle. Tom was even kind enough to get my keys replaced free of charge. definitely a place worth coming back too.

I bought a 2015 chev sonic, the on star would not connect. I spoke with **** ***** the salesman several times. He told me he had to reset computer from our sale and then to have me try again, i reached out to him 4 times never was this resolved. I finally made appointment with service dept. I was told it would cost me 1200 to fix. If I hadn't been strung along I would of returned this car several days after I bought it. **** ***** has worked for sapaugh for over 20 years he knows EXACTLY what he did.SO EVERY TIME I TURN CAR ON I HEAR YOUR IN DEMONSTRATION MODE.

Very high pressure. Rude and not very knowledgeable about the vehicles.(would not give me a price on a test driven vehicle) The low on gas alarm, dinged the entire test drive. Very annoying!!

Well once again they didn't have anything that I was looking for and I had our daughter drive up from Cape Guardia to see what they had because she is looking for something different to drive and found nothing she liked.

Took a test drive for a used vehicle. The sales lady didn't act like she knew much, especially where the vehicle was, or anything else.
