This might just be the worst QT I’ve been to and, of course, it’s right next to my house so it is the one I most often frequent. They are constantly low/out of stock of my favorite items and the service is sub par. Lately? They have consistently been out of Dr. Pepper at the fountain. It has a “temporarily out of stock sticker on it” and has for the last month or more. I asked an associate what is going on with it and when it will be fixed and his response was “I don’t know man, this isn’t my store.” That’s a great customer service answer! 😒
I have come to expect a standard from QT which has always been my favorite gas station to stop at. But lately, especially with this store, I have had better luck at on the run or circle K.
Do better Herculaneum Missouri store. Do better.

Dis laimer, I used to be a first ast. Manager for QT , but honestly other than some corporate mobile on the run stores, QT the the sr. Louis area is the cleanest and safest place to go.

For trucks: there's about 15-20 spots, downside is they're all blindside.

Great location. Friendly, customer service. Very, very clean inside and out. Food is made to order and delicious. Cheese BLT is one of my favorites. Amazing drink selection. QT is on point and above the rest. Price doesn't break the bank.

What's going on at this QT? Or any QT for that matter! Seems they've lost their magic. All QT's used to be clean and well taken care of. Not this one. I understand it is busy being located next to the interstate, and all. But, GEEEEZZZ! The bathrooms and the beverage counters are horrible! What happened QT? You're like everyone else now. Shame.

There will never not be a day where I pass up QT in Herculaneum. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, & the best coffee setup! Pro tip: get a taquito with a side of nacho cheese. Best road trip snack ever!

I've been visiting this location for over a decade—even before the new building-and it’s hands down the best. Whether it was grabbing a morning Big Q, kicking off an epic road trip, loading up on hot chocolate before looking at Christmas lights with the family, or picking up dinner (more times than I can count), this QT has been a constant.
What truly makes it the best? The memories.
Clerks would notice if I was running late or showing up without one of my kiddos. It’s good to be known sometimes.
Even though the design has changed, the customer service hasn’t skipped a beat. It’s more than just a gas station—it’s a tradition.
Clean shop, huge variety, great
kitchen, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for?

QT used to be so clean and great food and drink. We moved back to STL after a few years away and wow has it went down hill. Bathrooms are no longer kept clean. There new coffee station is competition for the McDonald's icecream machine. I am shocked by the breakdowns and low coffee so you can't get coffee.
Losing my business. LG coffee and a donut today and I walked out when the coffee machine failed AGAIN.

10lbs bag of ice is $1.00 at ice machine on the side of the store the entrance door by the women restroom... DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE THE 20LB BAG... PURCHASE THE INDIVIDUAL 10LBS AT THE ICE MACHINE IT TAKES CASH OR DEBIT CARDS... DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE ICE FROM INSIDE THE STORE USE THE ICE MACHINE OUTSIDE BY ENTRANCE DOOR BY THE WOMEN RESTROOM OUTSIDE

Ok so a couple of years ago I had a trucking company DK Freight LLC in the process of 6 years we bought approx $180,000 in fuel receipts. I asked the manager if it was ok to park the rig there he said yes and we did off and on sometimes several weeks. So recently I parked a motorhome there less than 2 weeks. Nothing was said the night manager asked me beforehand during this time if I was broke down I said no and I recanted the above and nothing more was said. Bear in mind there are rat hole trucks that park there daily and JB Hunt parks there daily w/o harassment. We kept the 2 slots tidy and clean.
Then we were confronted by a Heculaneum Police Officer after a short discussion he said they said we were asked to leave more than once a lie. After I told him the amount of money we spent there and we were stupid enough to spend and had been given parking privileges because of it. He said they lied to him and he told us to take our time leaving. I’m an extremely intelligent man but anyone can be lied to I still drive a truck locally and I took the precaution of making for a swift exit and we did because he came knocking at 11:00PM. We will never return to pump or use the store and in future will use the Loves. Use your own judgment I’ve been in trucking for 34 years parked in Walmart without instance. Also Quick Trip charges more for diesel and regular than Pilot/Loves/Gas Stations like Mobile.
