The man working stayed late for me on a Saturday to replace my tires, so I’d be able to make it back home the next day. I can’t thank them enough. And the job was done very well.Service: Tires”

“If you ever have the misfortune of having your vehicle impounded..you can only hope it happens in Hermann so you end up at Harvey's! We did (and because of it we won't be back to our formerly favorite getaway) but the one positive of the whole fiasco was dealing with Merlin.I bugged him...a lot..during the month we were trying to get the truck back and we DID!! As promised..it wasonly $100..no daily storage fees, the truck was as we left it (involuntarily)..nothing damaged, nothing missing..even our fountain soda cups were where we left them (didn't drink them lol). Merlin was patient, helpful and professional and took good care of our poor baby. Couldn't have asked for better service (even though we obviously didn't ask for it!) I have to say we hope we won't be back!! ? But definitely 5 ? in our book! Thank you Merlin!Service: Car towing”

“I had another company custom-cut enough tarp to protect a newly screened-in porch for the winter, and was told I'd need to wait 5-6 weeks. Six weeks later, I checked in on the order to find they'd lost it. I then called Nasus, who promised I'd have my tarps in two weeks or less - and they delivered! The work was exact. The customer-service was outstanding. And they were nice.”

“I have been at Bommarito St. Peter’s location. I really like the sales rep John Didion however, the way management forces there procedure to gain a sales is something left to be desired. You have to fill out an inordinate about of paperwork just to receive what the going interest rate is. I think they should really entertain the dinner and a car program. We were there for 7 hours. When we were finally to told what the interest rate and payment was going to be we were starving! Oh btw, I know you hear price is always the problem, however this one was comical. They came in and gave us the price they would like to get and the second price is the one online. I at that point was to be amazed how much we would have paid if they listed at the first price that was never posted.”
