Grape Expectations is a beautiful home in an excellent location! We were within walking distance of several restaurants, wineries and shops. The owners were extremely accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had! We can’t wait to stay again!

We loved staying at Grape Expectations! It is perfectly located and was large enough to comfortably accommodate our large group of 10 adults. It is walkable to many restaurants, wineries and bars, yet felt private. We will definitely be back!

Grape Expectations reflects the full country charm of Hermann! Large spacious rooms and huge kitchen! It’s in the heart of downtown Hermann and in walking distance of most everything. The owners were very friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend staying here on a Hermann getaway!
Grape Expectations is a Guest Haus with 5 grape-inspired rooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining room, and parlor with a gas fireplace. Conveniently located on the corner of Market and East Third Street in the historic district of Hermann, Missouri. It is within walking distance to restaurants, one-of-a-kind shops, local museums, award-winning wineries, and the Amtrak station. The Hermann Trolley is available to pick you up at our door and provide worry-free transportation to and from area wineries. Grape Expectations Guest Haus is also a great place to host a wedding shower, bachelorette party, wine-tasting, meeting, or family function.
