“Driving home from camping. 2500 Hd Silverado 6.6 went into low power mode, pulling my camper. Limped into the Chevrolet dealer, walked into the service manager to just have the code and check engine light reset. He said he couldn't help me at all. All his guys were busy... Suggested I go to O'Reilly down the road..... I looked at him and said really, not even get me a code to know where to start? He repeated nothing he could do.... O'Reilly's did help and got me back on the road. They haven't forgot what customer service is... Thank you John and Russell.”

“Smaller than some other Walmart car centers. But nicer in my opinion. Slow, but that's par for the course with Walmart. An oil change that should take 20 minutes takes 3 hours....”
