“Huge shout out to the Parts Dept, Paula and Philip, our Angels.
Our diesel truck blew our turbo boot. We are out of town from Southern Illinois, 3 hrs from home and no power to the truck that is pulling a 5th wheel camper. We hunted 3 different parts stores and no one carries the diesel part that we need.
In comes the Parts department. They figured out the correct part from my husband’s description.
Then we were transferred to Paula who on a Friday and on top of that a holiday weekend told us she would stay over to make sure we got our part. She could have just left it outside their front door
When we arrived Paula asked Philip for help if he had tools so we could put the part on. Philip, our 3rd Angel of the day came out to our truck and put the part on for us. We were so blessed to have these wonderful people to be kind to us and help us.
To management of Advanced Diesel, you have some incredible people working for you!! That kind of thoughtfulness and caring for people in trouble is not found so much in this world. Kudos to all of you

“Had an issue with a fuel line on a Volvo semi truck. Loves said they couldn’t deal with it, TA told me to go to Volvo, Volvo wanted to charge over $400 to just diagnose it. “I have been at Bommarito St. Peter’s location. I really like the sales rep John Didion however, the way management forces there procedure to gain a sales is something left to be desired. You have to fill out an inordinate about of paperwork just to receive what the going interest rate is. I think they should really entertain the dinner and a car program. We were there for 7 hours. When we were finally to told what the interest rate and payment was going to be we were starving! Oh btw, I know you hear price is always the problem, however this one was comical. They came in and gave us the price they would like to get and the second price is the one online. I at that point was to be amazed how much we would have paid if they listed at the first price that was never posted.”
