I believe her name is Mary. If she's in and you have any problems with your android 10/10 would wait for her. Bought our last 3 phones from her and everytime it was a smooth process. Definitely an expert. The store as a whole is the best around.

I went with my husband and there was promotion on the phones now The store manger wont even answer apparently, we needed to trade in the phones, but that’s not what they told us to do so now I’m stuck with the bill, which is crazy whenever I call back Dan wont answer
It’s a scam. I hate the promotions . I am really upset and don’t recommend anyone going in there.My Bill is 542$ now i am
going somewhere else .They need more people so they can explain better to customers.I asked for his Boss number apparently chim dont know .So unhappy

Extremely satisfied with my experience at this store today. I was primarily assisted by Mary, but Shannon helped quarterback the process as my particular situation had several road blocks that further complicated things (to no fault of these gals, it was 100% on my part). They could tell that I was becoming overwhelmed trying to sort things out and provided me with every option possible and tried their very best to get me what I needed and more. I can tell these two very much care about the work they do and providing a top notch customer experience (which they certainly did). Thank you Mary & Shannon!

My daughter was unfortunate enough to have Mary as her associate. Her phone was stolen and she needed to get a new one. She asked for the cheapest way, and Mary acted like it was only going to be an extra $11 a month. Nada. She added a new line, continued the insurance plan (which we asked her to cancel), made the line a premium line, and added next up to the new line. So therefore the new bill was $50 more a month. Mary took advantage of a 20 year going in, and added everything she possibly could so she would get the most compensation without explaining what she was doing. Absolutely WILL NOT be going back in there. And if you do, please watch out for Mary. She is a complete liar and CANNOT trust her.

This particular store in High Ridge,MO, did not know what they were even talking about. We drove from Valley Park to get our issue resolved with our phone. We arrived and spoke to a young lady she told us to call 411, and that was not the case. She did not help us at all. We will not be returning.

Honestly, the service as this store is terrible. They truly act like they have no idea how to do their jobs. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They can’t print you a receipt because they are too lazy to change their ink. They won’t ship off your old phone to Att because “they are not allowed to” but if you call 611 they will state that they are supposed to ship off your old phone. Did an upgrade they said it would be “like 4 dollars a month” called 611 to find out the new phone with trade in is $10 a month. They won’t help you transfer your data to your new phone! I asked about ATT next up, the young lady told me I only need it if I want to upgrade my phone before it is 50% paid off so I removed it off a device to find out that means I can’t upgrade at all until device is paid off, which I can’t pay off early or won’t get trade in value. Before all of this happen I traded in my device and they somehow swapped my sisters phone plan with my phone plan which jacked up our bill. I don’t understand how this store is still in business.

I went in for assistance with my current phone. I was addressed immediately and politely. Shannon listened to my concerns and politely walked me through my options. I was completely satisfied with my visit to the store.
