Needed a tool to rent, called up and talked to a very nice young man who said he had what needed.it was getting close to closing, and I asked him if I got there right at nine if he would still do it, said yes even if I was a couple mins past. I got there at 9:01 and a different lady just as rude as can be said we are closed, the guy who i talked to on the phone asked if there was anyway they could to it and the. Manager said no in a very rude way

A blown fuse had our trailer lights not working. This gentleman came out in pouring rain to help us find and replace the fuse. TRAVIS, you're a wonderful human. We'll be customers for life.

Tonight we broke down very close to this AutoZone. What a blessing the staff was! The gentleman working was so thoughtful and helpful, just kind. We were totally stressed but luckily able to limp the car to AutoZone and the young man gave a friendly sale, tools as needed, and the young lady got my husband a printout diagram of what he needed and they also gave use of the parking lot to put the new belt on, which was awesome because daylight ran out and the parking lot was clean and bright so my husband could put the belt on. They even let him thouroughly clean his hands when he was done!!! This location is a particilarly friendly and patient with us site I've noticed over the years.
The part was priced competitively too. Thanks AutoZone! We're going to get home safely now. Much appreciated!!!

Best store ever. I did not catch her name, but I went to the High Ridge location on 02/23, around 2:45pm, and a lovely woman helped me. She went above and beyond, and was so friendly.
Seriously, exceptional service.
I’ve been going to autozone the majority of my life, but about five years ago I switched to Oreilys, because a friend recommended them.
I feel dumb for doing so, because Oreilys was never much help. In fact, last week I went to have some codes checked on a vehicle before I was to purchase it, and Oreilys turned me down when I went in. They were all just standing there, and said they could do it. 🙄 I decided to go to AutoZone, and the nice woman helped me right away. I’ve decided I’m going back to AutoZone from here on out. The lady who helped me today was just so respectful and helpful, too.

I am 2 minutes from this location and it used to be great but over the last 2-3 years has because horrible. There is a younger female manager that always talks to you with an attitude and multiple time has cut me off talking to a diffrent employee because she thinks she knows the answer but has no idea what the conversation was about. Another employee tried saying that the part I was returning, I did not use it or install it, but because it was warm from being on my floor board all day with the heater on he tried saying it was used. Another time I returned a defective part and the same person argued with me because the pull didn't make a noice when he spun it with his had and no load on it. I would never ask them for help or opinions, I have over heard the employees giving customers advice, and it was completely wrong and could have damaged the customers car.

At first, a couple of stars at best. This was due to issues with the battery size that their system stated fit my old vehicle to include a run to another AutoZone near by for the supposed correct battery. None fit as they should, either to big or to small.
Needless to say, Chris (Store Manager) went above and way beyond not only to measure probably every damn battery in her store but her awesome personality made all the prior issues not matter any longer.
Chris, thank you for the exceptional customer service which seems to be lost nowadays (I know, I sound old) but keep up the awesome job!
