“This is the second time we used Kelly's Flooring. The first time was to replace carpeting with wide plank hardwood flooring. This review is for the second time which was the stretch the carpeting in our basement. Based upon our excellent experience we had the first time we used Kelly's we received a bid from Kelly's and did not even request a second quote. We sent photos to Kelly's of the wrinkled carpet for the bid. We were not familiar with the process that would be used to stretch the carpet and thought it would take 5-6 hours to accomplish. The two men who did the work were excellent and the project was completed in 1 1/2 hours. We paid the total amount on the invoice (what we had agreed to) and I wrote a letter to Kelly's indicating that we felt the amount paid was too much for the time spent (only labor involved). Kelly's Flooring made an adjustment and refunded us a portion of what we paid for which we are grateful. We will use them again for a future project and I can truly say they are an honest company and one I can highly recommend.”
