I bring my young sons in to see Shannon when it's time for their cut. She does an excellent job on kids cuts. As long as she is there we will be too :). Not to mention the other stylists are all very nice as well. Also, you can always call ahead to see if your stylist will be in.

Just WOW! Shannon is the child whisperer! My two year old was (!) terrified to get his haircut until today! Shannon got and kept my kiddo giggling from start to finish! Even when he started to get tearful, she masterfully turned it around. So impressed. We went in on a whim and while it's not close for us, we'll be making the trip just for her!

Only went there one time because it was close to home. The person cutting my hair proceeded to take out some sort of scrub brush and rigorously scrub my scalp, which I absolutely hated, which is why I'll never go back to that salon. Have had no issues with other
Locations and have been a customer for many years and never had anyone do that

Normally I would give them a five star. This last visit there was a child right next to me screaming at the top of her lungs, getting a haircut in her mother's lap. I should have walked out but had a schedule to keep. On top of that I had the same girl that cut my hair a couple months before with the same bad habits. When she cuts the top she flicks the cuttings over the front of my face. I stopped her a couple times to brush off my face with my hand, and it made no effect for the second time. I've been going to this Great Clips for probably 10 years. All the other hairstylists do a great job, Thank you!

Check in online and still waiting for another 45 minutes for staff chatting. They don't even care about the customer waiting. Only one hair dresser who doesn't care to make money since they keep chatting each other and don't want to do anything else. Don't ever come here again. Go to Eureka one is much better
