I called there to schedule an appointment the lady that answered seemed very frantic like she was very very busy which I understand and is understandable, then when I preceded to talk about what I would like done to my hair, (because she asked) she seemed very irritated with me for no reason. I was trying to give her a Brief description of my hair history but then she cut me off to tell me she doesn’t want to be “responsible “ for the damage and breakage…. she has the right to refuse anyone but the way that she did it was very unprofessional.. she didn’t let me finish. My hair is not damaged, it has been colored professionally and only professionally she has not even seen or touched my hair before so I just don’t understand her reasoning on what just happened.
