In April, I contacted them to cut down a tree and then have the stump ground. They got the tree down in a timely manner, but the stump grinding was on hold because of wet weather. I decided that I didn't want to wait to have it done, and asked for a refund for that portion of the job. I was told I would receive it on May 3rd. It is now June 3rd, yet after repeated requests, I have yet to get back the $250 owed to me.
