I can see why this store is so highly reviewed! From past experience, purchasing a mattress can be really difficult with pushy salespeople, opaque pricing etc. None of those apply here: Clinton was a joy to deal with and the products are well organized and priced lower than the competition.
One thing I did not know before this experience is that big box stores will actually force some mattress manufacturers to lower their quality to meet pricing and margin demands. I found this out, because my previous mattress lasted nowhere near the stated lifetime and actually began to degrade quickly. When I swapped with the new mattress from Mattress Concepts (which tbh was only a bit more expensive) the new mattress was thicker, about 2x as heavy, and clearly made with much more durable materials.
Do yourself a favor and go here when it's time to upgrade. It might save you some money when you don't need back surgery down the road.

My wife and I recently purchased a new mattress and foundation from Mattress Concepts. We both were looking for something different, I was leaning to a softer mattress and my wife to a firm one. Clinton went to great lengths to help us find a mattress that we both were comfortable with. Along with his great customer care, we purchased a quality, made in the USA mattress for much less we were quoted from other stores. Thanks again Clinton.
