“Ordered new tires off their website and setup an appointment to get them put on. They installed the tires for me for less than other places charge. I purchased their Road Hazzard pkg also for free rotation later on or service to the tires if needed. I've purchased numerous sets of tires from Walmart over the yrs and had them installed and never had an issue. I recommend their services.”

“Selbert's gets 5 stars from me. I had recently purchased a Ford Mustang from a local dealer in under two months a deer decided to jump out in front of us on a dusk Friday evening. We were traveling at about 45 miles an hour. Unfortunately we had to have it towed and a close friend said to take it to Selbert's they will fix it like it had never been in an accident. We about a week to a week and a half later it was fixed and looked as good as new. Chris the guy that walked me through the whole process was awesome walked me through the whole process seamlessly and took care of all of the insurance process. Thank you Selbert's for being so responsive and bring my horse back to new. I would recommend them to anyone look for body work!”
“The service here was top tier! Francesca I believe her name was, provided amazing customer service. She even helped me locate a coupon. I planned to get an oil change right next door at Nissan where I purchased my vehicle, but they decided to treat me as if my impact as a customer doesn't matter. With that said, I left and went right next door to Jiffy Lube and it was the best experience ever! Fast, efficient, and all of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My day started off an absolute mess but the staff single handedly changed that!”

“Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). THANK YOU Dobbs!!”

“Bruce has countlessly gone above and beyond for me and always at a fair price. I just recently needed an alignment (which he doesn't do) and had him put on 2 new front tires and he took the time to align the vehicle to the best of his ability anyways without charging extra and never said anything about it. I just got the car back and it drove as straight as it gets which saved me almost $100. I've been going to him for a couple years now and wouldn't use anyone else in the jefferson county area unless it was somewhere he personally recommends for work he doesn't do. Very nice and respectful man on top of it.”

“This Jiffy Lube location is fantastic. I trust them explicitly with my car and have purchased additional services. I especially liked the headlight rejuvenation. My only complaint, the staff is not paid enough. I understand the average salary is around $14 an hour! With the prices they charge, the work they do, it seems well below industry pay norms.”

“Alex and Landon are the BEST!!! I really appreciate how caring and understanding they were. I took my car to them because my oil light came on and I still had around 1400 miles until my next oil change. My car has never had the oil light come on before so I was more than concerned. My last service was done at Kia, well obviously I won't be going back there. They left my drain plug loose and Alex and Landon took the time to make sure my car was safe to go back on the road. They also documented what they found for me. I can't believe how nice Alex and Landon were,they really do care,Alex had to write everything by hand because the computer wouldn't accept the notes.Now that's customer service! These two are exactly what you want in employees.I get human error but I definitely won't go back to the dealership for an oil change, I'll leave it up to the pros "Alex and Landon!" Great job guys!!!”

“Love this place, all business, they never push additional services on you (my #1 pet peeve at other places), and the young people here work very hard.
Idea: I don't mind exiting my vehicle to pay, but a good low cost investment would be a portable card reader like many restaurants use to let people pay from the car. Thanks!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tire Choice Auto Service has gone above and beyond for me more than once. They recently replaced my tires and even jumped in last minute to replace my dead battery. As a single mom, repairs can be stressful, but they worked with me on the price and made sure I left feeling safe and cared for.
It also meant a lot with how kind they were to my autistic daughter. She was honking the horn and being silly, and instead of being annoyed or confused by her behavior (unfortunately a lot of public places react that way), the staff laughed with her, made conversation with me about her love of cars, and even recommended a local vintage car show to us.
Every visit, they have remembered our faces and treated us like friends. Under manager Mohammad Jawaid, this team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely compassionate. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service from people who truly care.

Computer system down, Bay 2 having mechanical issues, etc. The staff were very friendly and professional and I only experienced a slight delay as invoices had to be handwritten.
