I’d like to know whatever happened to the customer being right. Associates have a job because I am shopping there. They seem to have forgotten that. Since when can’t you go to the deli and order what you want instead of what they want to give you? I’ve gone to Schnucks deli and ask for a meal with two thighs and a couple of sides many times. Never have I been told that I can only have a thigh and a leg. Try changing it to a thigh and a breast and they said no. You have to have two darks or two whites, but they can’t both be the same. Where is the mentality in that?

Dear Schnucks Corporate. I've spoke to the store management over multiple previous occasions and no actions appear to have been taken. I would recommend you secret shop this employee Suzy/Susan from the deli counter. She is awful, she will mess up your order, when you say something, she is unapologetic, quits listening and walks away. She needs to be fired or at minimum moved to a nob customer facing role. Please come in to your store and make your own case, she's a horrible face of customer service for your store.

They NEVER Never have any french bread! Big new shelves with 2 loaves of bread on them, at peak shopping time. The store is pretty confusing now.

We have been going here weekly for a few years now, it's our go-to grocery store. The employees are always friendly and we even know some of them from seeing them frequently. I love that they don't rearrange everything like some stores, so we always know where things are. We like that they have small and big carts (and it may seem small, but these carts are the best carts!), plastic bags recycling, and rewards programs. It's always clean and organized.
The only things we don't like about it is the self checkout - you can only do it with 10 items or less and it is not as user friendly or quick as the Walmart ones.

We've been here a few times and as soon as you walk in it has a smell to it. The people working there aren't very friendly and they don't like to honor their own sale prices. The do it yourself cash registers don't work half the time.

I fail to see why the people at the deli counter have to be so visibly angry or unhappy all the time!!! Oh and now they’re being rude on top of it all… I just want some damn chicken without an attitude!!!
