I drove 20 min out of my way to get something they said they had on line..i spend 15 min looking for the right isle just to have to ask for its whereabouts anyway and it turns out they are sold out and not just of one but 4 different kinds ..online it says there are 4 and 5 of each but one in site.Is it really that hard to update your online inventory.

First, I just looked at other reviews for this location. Im not giving this store a low score like others have solely because Tractor Supply as a whole is “woke.” I'm basing my score due to my interaction with the staff IN THE STORE. Big difference. Anyway, I normally shop at Tractor Supply in Troy. However, this location had one planter in stock that I really wanted and I made a long drive to get it. Online it said there was one. But when I got there, Deven thought there were more and went to look and found a lot more of this particular hanging planter! I was thrilled! (Corporate needs to make sure they are on top of what’s in stock at different locations.) Thank you Deven for going the extra mile. Let’s talk about James. He not only helped us locate stall pellets, he offered to put them in my cart (and load them in my car) and then THANKED me for shopping at Tractor Supply! Who even says “thank you” like that anymore? James did. Kudos James. Jessie was super sweet at the register. And one other gentleman helped me find a few other things but I didn't get his name. Obviously it was a great experience at this location. Thanks to all! You're what customer service is supposed to be like.

Loved this place. But I found out that this company is woke and supports and funds the lunacy of the woke democrats. I supported this place because it represented my good values but they use those profits to fund gender affirming care and all that other lunacy. Screw this place.

My father rented a trailer to haul some things. He had went inside the day prior to needing the trailer and was told the trailer would be there the next day. The following day he went to pick up the trailer and told an employee he had talked to someone the day prior and was told the trailer would be there for him the next day. This employee got an attitude with my father and started ranting that they aren't supposed to hold trailers for customers and made it seem like a big deal that the previous employee told my dad it would be there the next day. Overall the price of renting a trailer was good, but For the employee to be ranting and complaining to my father was not only ridiculous but highly unprofessional.

I go there to buy small-cut straw. They're the only place that has it. Glad they exist. (Can't imagine why such a big store only had one review. I doubt it's a brand new store. A little suspicious, YELP.)

This location and the people working there are just fantastic! I'm a long time frequent shopper, and about 6 months ago I purchased a set of shop work lights, that unfortunately due to a design flaw are now defective. Since it is past TSC's 30 day return policy, the responsibility is on the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty. Well ACS, American Customer Service (the vendor responsible for warranty claims) would not honor the lifetime warranty. Luckily Joe at the High Ridge store stepped up and swapped them out at no cost. It was a pleasure talking with Joe, the store manager. He exemplifies what great customer service is. Thank you Joe!
