Went in to get a new debit card and the teller at the bank who's name is Pero Jozipovic was so beyond helpful which is a new experience at this bank which I've been a customer at for at least 20 years so this experience was awesome and Pero Jozipovic was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable

I've been exceptionally pleased with US Bank as a whole, including my current local location. What I love is they are a strong, large bank and have many branches. I've moved around Missouri and even to Colorado; every place I've lived, there was a branch near by. Conveniently located. Free checking with an automatic deposit over $1000. Quick service, in branch and on phone. I've stayed with them over the years because of all these reasons. I highly recommend US Bank.

Went in to pay off my mortgage. What was an exciting day for me turned into the worst experience. No one seem to know what they were doing. The lady that was helping me got mad at another teller because he did something to her computer. Then another teller tried to help but didn’t know what she was doing either so the original teller tried again. She then had to call I guess the bank mgr that was running the show and he looked like he just got up with a nap. Got a copy from the copy machine of the money transfer cause the printer would not work??? I asked one question and was giving a number to call to take care of it myself. This is want you get after years of having 2 counts with this bank. Glad my loan is payed off as my 2 accounts that are still there will be going elsewhere.High Ridge Branch needs some help. Zero people skills.

Worst run US Bank. Tellers are lazy , They purposely do not answer the phone so it is routed to another branch or 800 line and are poorly trained in their own policy's. Cringe every time I need to do anything here.

They never answer the phone. They also told me when I was in there that they were understaffed so couldn't help me and I had to make an appointment for a later date.

I like this bank. The union branch is horrible, but high ridge is like night and day to the union. I however have an ongoing issue that needs taken care of that nobody wants to help with. I had $ taken out of my acct. At the union branch, and basically I'm beat on it. The teller gave whoever my acct number. I would really appreciate a call back

I have been with us since 2015, today I went in to get my fiancée added to my accounts and kristy was our teller. She was so helpful and friendly. She not only added the accounts, she helped my fiancée get a credit card that worked for him, took a cash deposit, helped us get our apps figured out and went so above and beyond. She is awesome!!

They refused to answer the branch phone number. They do not return calls after several messages, and now I am on infinite hold.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went through the drive through to make a deposit. Nothing was said to me so I hit the call button to ensure my tube sent up, only for someone to rudely tell me they're working on it. How hard is it to great your customer and say just one moment???

I absolutely love all the bank tellers at this location (Ashley, Teresa, Christy, Christina, & Kyle). They are professional, friendly, and quick workers! They go beyond customer expectations and deserve high recognition for that! Thank you guys for everything you do!

Got to the drive thru at 10 til closing, no one, sat 5 entire minutes. Had to run inside to cash check before they closed, tellers all busy chatting...complained, they didnt care.

This branch has terrible customer service. I had a pretty large amount of cash get stuck in their atm while trying to make a deposit. I was given a receipt with an 800 number to call. I called the number explaining that this cash was for my taxes and needed it into my account ASAP. After patiently waiting for them to verify the amount, I called back 2 days later. She explained it would take 10 business days and they could not give it back sooner. When I asked to speak to a manager she informed me that they did not have phone numbers, only email addresses but that she would get through to them. 3 days later she called back to tell me sorry, but no one answered her, and she would be off for the next 3 days. I finally got the money back in my account, but also got a $60 late fee on my taxes. The letter I received from US bank apologizing for my inconvenience, states they take customer service very seriously and that US bank will issue a refund for any fees this has caused. When calling to ask for my fee to be refunded I was transferred to 3 people that were all unable to help. After finally talking to the High Ridge branch, where the ATM that malfunctions all the time, the manager offered to "meet me in the middle" and credit $25. That is not half of my fee. I do not know why US bank can not be held accountable for their mistakes. I know for a fact that if my account went $.02 in the negative, I'd have a fee, no questions asked. This is not the first time the ATM has messed up, I've gotten the runaround from the helpline, and the employees are unaware of how to treat customers. Do yourself a favor! Bank somewhere else that will appreciate your business. There are too many banking options these days to be treated so terribly after being a customer for years. I am closing my accounts not a minute too soon! I am sad about US bank, but done being treated badly.
