This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.

To the worker named “Sue.”
What a disappointing experience. I brought my two children in to pick stamps out and mail their letters to their pen pals. My son is severely autistic with Tourette’s and I removed him from the office as to not distract her. My son then came back to apologize at which point she didn’t even acknowledge him. He is nine. 😔
My other child present; my daughter, counted out her allowance money to mail an overpriced package to her penpal. After she came back in with her money, Sue said “Are you actually going to mail it this time?”
She’s seven.
Unbelievably terrible experience. I’ve taught my children the importance of the United States post office, as well as its history and make sure to patronize as often as possible; but with treatment like this, it’s sad to say I will see alternative method of sending packages and mail to their penpals.
Sue is the very reason WHY the United States post office is struggling.

I had to send a package today, the line was so long that I had to wait outside for a while before actually I could even entered the building. I had to say it was long wait. They said it only one side of computer was working . I finally got my turn and this old man at the desk asked me a question but his voice was low so that I couldn’t follow. I replied “ Excuse me?” His answer was “ NEVER MIND !”. Really?? I thought it was absolutely RUDE.
Not only I had to wait so long, I had to deal with the bad manner.

I would give less stars if possible like a -10 this post office is horrible. I had mailed an envelope last Wednesday in my mail box flag and all. I find out while getting the mail yesterday it was still in the box. This is a time sensitive letter, that had to be in on the 23. The area where the stamp goes, had no postage if mailed in US on it. I go to the post office with my complaint about the staff, and my envelope. Post lady was rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. I didn’t even get an apology for not collecting the mail. Not only is my mail late, they can’t take responsibility for their post people not doing their damn job. Reading is the easiest part of the job. Seriously.

Often have mail/pakges missing, then cannot get thru to a person. At the fenton office ppl are rude n no help.

Every time I walk in, I am greeted by a sweet lady. Go in with a positive attitude, get treated with one. (Vice-versa)Also, being open till 1:30 on a Saturday? Can’t beat it anywhere else.Great Service!

Go to another post office. Each employee here has an attitude problem. Never had a positive experience. I get they probably don't care but it's just another experience that ends up being a negative in my day.

Absolutely dread coming to this usps. There hasn’t been a single time the workers don’t give me an attitude, give snarky responses, flat out unhelpful and just want to rush to the next person in line. I rather drive to a different location that’s how bad it is

We recently moved to High Ridge and I started using this post office over Fenton, CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!Everyone that works there is so helpful & greets you with a smile. I never have to wait in line & appreciate always getting in and out so quickly. Definitely recommend!
