I'm not surprised if this store in High Ridge will close permanently.
Three months ago, I tried to load $900 onto my Capital One account with two transactions of $500 and $400.
The cashier was talking to the manager on the pager. I heard the manager say loudly that she could only do $500. However, when she came over and saw me, she suddenly said she could only do $300.
I left and went to a different branch.
They have hired an incompetent and unprofessional manager.
Every time my family and I come to this Walgreens in High Ridge, we are always unhappy with their service, even their pharmacy.
I prefer the Walgreens in House Springs; they are the best among other branches.
They have helpful and professional Staff and Managers.

I wanted to get a vaccine so i scheduled on their website for 1010 the next day. I arrived early as requested on website. The check in required you to scan a Qr code and answer alot of questions. Some that were never asked @ other facilities i've gotten vaccinated at. After completing i sat and waited, @ 1030 a couple came in to get their pre-scheduled vaccines and completed what i did. Then we waited together. Finally around 1045ish the pharmacist asked for the couple to come up and they answered the same questions as we previously had to then it was my turn and i answered same questions over again. Then 1100ish the pharmacist came out and gave the couple who had scheduled shots later than mine got their shots. Finally i was called to get mine. Pharmacist then noticed they didnt have a needle so i waited while they retrieved one. Now it was over a hour since my scheduled appointment to get my shot. Victory! I got it. No short synopsis would have given the ordeal i had to go thru to get my vaccination justice. But all was not lost. I noticed on my leaving the store that they had several types of liquor on sale for $4-5 less than other discount liquor stores or walmart and I'm a connoisseur of cheap liquor. So i got a bottle of tequila and went home and had a long island tea. All was now good! I gave them 4 stars instead of 3 because of the good liquor prices.

This pharmacy is a joke! They have treated us poorly from day One! Nancy in particular was as rude every time I go in there and even when I call to get the status on a prescription she is just so mean and hateful and hangs up on me almost every time I call and get her . We are transferring our pharmacy to a different location. They have a sign up there about treating the staff nice as they have someone they love too . Yet this doesn’t seem to apply to them.

Always friendly and willing to help with questions & always working with my insurance and/or provider to get my Rx’s taken care of. The staff is knowledgeable and always striving to do their best and help customers.

I've noticed a lot less workers in the store and checkout can take awhile longer. Got my flu and Covid shot with an appointment and it took over an hour. The person giving it was walking around in the pharmacy area looking confused. Didn't inspire much confidence in me he knew what he was doing

Unfortunately, this is one of the closer pharmacies to our house. While there are some great employees, the overall experience at this store is ways sub-par. Wait times at the Drive Thru are consistently lengthy and it seems that a vast majority of the staff is not necessarily excited to help you out. I dread having to get our medicines each and every time

Pharmacy needs customer service skills. Don't care about customers. I'm so excited Mercy at Dierbergs accepts my insurance again.

Scheduled an appointment to get a flu shot. Checked in and been waiting 30 minutes. No one is giving vaccinations in the past half hour. So much for an appointment.
