Incrediblely nice and helpful!!!! Straight to the point and has honest helpful answers. Wendy helped me on the phone and in person. She is relatively new but amazing and caring! Highly recommend her to help you!!! And all her recommendations have soooooo helped my husband!!!! Thank you Wendy!!!!!!

The worst pharmacy I have ever used meds got stolen so had a bridge appointment with my provider and this has had happened before and I had no problem with the same medication there before now I did have 2 that I had to wait but this was not one on the list and now today she says she can't do it unless I have my providers call which I did and she lies to my providers and say that I told them that I left them out in the rain never did this leave my mouth the where stolen have a police report on it and everything but since now that she lied to one of the providers now I got to wait she said lie after lie just so she wouldn't have to fill my meds for me most disrespectful pharmacy I have ever came across if I could give a 0 I would do not use these people they do not care about there customers.

I had to transfer my prescription today to this Walgreens because my usual location at Sugar Creek was out of my drug, with the weather and logistics related issues.
I had a PERFECT transaction, seriously. I called the automated system and they had it in. So I called and tt a Nancy in Pharmacy; she was pleasant, efficient and respectful and gave me the best time to go there and pick it up. My son just brought it home, no time lags, no issues at all. I have no complaints and wanted to post my positive experience with this Walgreens store.

Every time.
I go there. They're either closed or nobody answers the phone. It's actually a physical and mental workout to get your medicine.

Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone and rude when I pick up prescriptions. Sadly this is the closest one to me. I am unlucky

Manager lady is very rude. I asked for help at photo desk after she walked by me and ignored me multiple times and she acted verry displeased that I need helped side like it was this huge inconvenience to ask for her to do her job. I would get if its been a long day but iv been in multiple times and she's rude every time.

I don't plan on returning, when I went in to pick up my single item order an hour after I placed it(when I placed the order I was promised 30 minutes) it hadn't even been picked yet, I had to wait while the manager went & grabbed it. The store was as usual slow/almost empty most of the time I was in there. I could've grabbed the item & have checked out in the time it took.

Walgreens is the absolute worst pharmacy anyone could possibly use. They decide when you only need a partial fill of your scrip and without telling you they cancel out the remaining part. N then say well you picked up the partial so now nothing we can do, can't even give me a reason code, that insurance wants. Do not use. Can not be trusted.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not have patience, get mad when you ask questions, roll their eyes at you, and never seem to get a script filled. After receiving texts the medications are ready, you drive all the way there to wait 30-45 mins waiting for them to actually fill it. I will not be returning to this location ever again for prescriptions. Clearly this is an ongoing issue after seeing all the negative reviews. Walgreens do better and stop treating your customers like garage.
