I don’t understand what the breakdown is in the drive thru. This is the 4th time inside of the last 12 months that I very politely, clearly, slowly give my order and it comes out not even close. This time it was way off and cold. Y’all charge too much to get it wrong so often and serve cold garbage, if I want cold food and screw ups, Ill spend $5 less and go across the street to McDonalds. Why must it always be a gamble at DQ? To clarify, is it ok to order a burger as a single with no mayo or am I reinventing the wheel here? I asked for onion rings and got fries. Its just tossed out the window like you get what you get… bye…. ? Today the burger was a single as requested, but it was a old, cold, soggy single you can tell they pulled the patty and tried to wipe off the mayo. Completely gross and unsanitary. Again, ordered onion rings and got old cold dead fries. The ice cream I ordered was ok tho.Im guessing the franchise owners of all three restaurants at that A & 21 area are pretty confident that no matter how much they suck, they will still get the biz because they are the closest drive thrus for many miles. I would venture to say between the 3 restaurants I lose approximately $70 a year in missing, incorrect and inedible food. If Im going through the drive thru, I don’t want to come in to complain, nor do I was the rest of the order getting cold wait back through the drive thru and if Im in a drive thru then I am in a time crunch and can’t dedicate the time to deal with your incompetence. The workers at the DQ today Ive seen there for years! Is there oversight? No training? Am I mistaken and this is a corporate store and maybe you see an area manager once or twice a year? Not sure what the deal is. I’m just sure that the only consistency there is that you suck. Not smart to mess with time pressed, hangry peoples food. After several years of this nonsense I finally decided to take the time and let you know, not that you deserved all this effort or care. Think Im going back to home meal prepping for on the go, thanks for the motivation.

I dined in and was the only one in dining room and the manager along with other staff personnel where making fun of customers that were going through the drive thru and also carrying on obnoxiously and manager was making fun of another employee by name of Riley and I felt bad for the kid. They made me feel very on uncomfortable while I was dinning Food was great just the obnoxious language and behavior of certain staff members that evening.

??? A Disappointing Sauce Saga: Dairy Queen's Unfortunate Policy ??️My recent experience at Dairy Queen left me utterly baffled and disappointed. I ordered a tantalizing 6-piece chicken strip basket, eagerly anticipating the perfect pairing of crispy chicken strips with delectable sauces. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I was informed that I could only receive one sauce for my entire order. Now, let's be real here. Who in their right mind wants to savor six succulent chicken strips with just a solitary sauce? As any true chicken connoisseur knows, each strip deserves its own saucy companion. And let's not forget about the fries! The joy of dipping those golden, crispy fries into a pool of tangy goodness is simply unmatched. But Dairy Queen had the audacity to charge me an extra three dollars for a mere trio of additional sauces. Are they trying to convince me that a few extra drops of sauce are worth such an exorbitant price? It's absolutely ludicrous! As a loyal customer who expected a satisfying dining experience, I found this policy to be nothing short of a rip-off. It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. If Dairy Queen truly values their patrons, they should understand that providing ample sauce options is not just an afterthought but an essential part of the dining experience. So, to Dairy Queen, I implore you to reconsider your stingy sauce policy. Your customers deserve to indulge in the full flavor potential of their meals without feeling like they've been taken advantage of. Trust me; a happy customer will not only return but also spread positive word-of-mouth.In the end, my chicken strip and fry feast needs saucy satisfaction, I spent the money but I’m left feeling ripped off as this is the first time this has happened to me here leaving me questioning whether I'll ever return to Hillsboro Dairy Queen for another meal. Please, Dairy Queen, don't let your sauce stinginess tarnish the legacy of your delicious offerings.

Looking for something quick to eat while out running errands we decided to hit up the DQ drive thru since none of us had eaten DQ in many years and we were right there anyway and dinner rush was soon approaching and we were going to avoid that at all costs.. there was a few Cars in line but not many and everybody got ro)Ed through pretty quickly so we didnt have to wait around in line for long at all.. order was correct, hot and fresh.. fries were AMAZING I didn't realize their fries were so killer while price is a little on the high side for the sizes/amount of food you get for your money(which is a big problem everywhere) that's the only real downside but I would go back just to get their fries!

They're blizzard prices are ridiculously high. Also, the employee didnt listen to me when I said go half on the candy they put in. I asked which one had less and they didn't know. They didn't even offer to make it over... Not going to Hillsboro DQ anymore.
