Order pizza thin crust and it was burnt. Was told that is how they are turning out that night but did get replaced. They need to be taught how to adjust things when there is issues. They did handle nicely but still should have been redone before being given to customer.

Should probably correct the hours online. Came in at 8:57 pm to order a pizza and was told they stopped taking orders. Website says kitchen is open until 10:30 PM. And maybe a new scanner for ID’s. This is the only Casey’s (and store in general) I have issues with my ID scanning.

This has happened twice now, if there's a sign that says a price but rings up different price they won't give it to you for that price. I always thought they should give it to you for what the sign says. The price was a sale price for 16.99 but rang up 19.99, But the lady wouldn't give it to me for that price.
